Senior IT Engineer with OKTA Our Client seeks a Senior IT Engineer to support the employee population, analyze current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades, and provide IT related training. Contexte : La BFI d'un grand groupe bancaire gère les activités de trading à travers sa ligne de métier Global Markets. Dans le cadre d'un audit de la BCE (OSI), deux sujets clés ont été examinés : Les processus front-to-back et l'infrastructure IT liés aux transactions sur dérivés La gestion des risques de marché, en particulier au sein des succursales de New York et de Hong Kong A la suite de cet audit, la BCE a formalisé un certain nombre de recommandations. Un programme de remédiation pour répondre aux exigences du régulateur est lancé. Les chantiers qui en découlent impactent différents départements de la CIB, dont la DSI Global Markets&Risques (département IT GMR). Un programme « PosITif » a été initié au sein du département IT GMR pour répondre aux recommandations qui lui sont directement adresées, ainsi qu'à celles pour lesquelles il es contributeur. Ce programm est piloté par l'équipe Transversal Projects du département IT Global Market & Risks, dont le mandat est: Faciliter la prise en charge des études et des projets transverses, Coordonner et piloter les projets métiers transverses impliquant plusieurs équipes d'IT GMR, Accompagner la déclinaison du programme « Scale UP / Plan stratégique de la DSI » au sein des équipes IT GMR, en facilitant la structuration des projets, en pilotant leur avancement et en menant les actions de conduite du changement nécessaires à la bonne intégration des nouvelles pratiques et méthodes de travail (développement et release) au sein du département.
