MissionsAssurer la coordination et le pilotage d'une équipe de 6 Chefs de Projet Télécom sur la gestion des commandes de liens et le suivi des incidents ➢ Vous êtes garant du bon déroulement du processus de commande des accès télécoms, de l'expression du besoin jusqu'à la livraison. ➢ Vous supervisez le traitement et la résolution des tickets d'incidents remontés par les Points de Vente et les opérateurs. ➢ Vous coordonnez l'activité des Chefs de Projet Télécom de votre équipe et validez leurs livrables techniques. ➢ Vous êtes le point d'entrée vis-à-vis des opérateurs, sous-traitants et prestataires télécoms. ➢ Vous organisez la charge de travail et répartissez les activités au sein de votre équipe. ➢ Vous assurez le suivi des délais, de la qualité et de la conformité des livrables produits par l'équipe. ➢ Vous reportez de façon hebdomadaire l'état de la production (commandes, incidents, indicateurs) auprès de votre hiérarchie. ➢ Vous assurez la mise à jour du référentiel des liens à partir de plusieurs interfaces sources. ➢ Vous assurez la gestion budgétaire de votre périmètre : suivi, forecast et alertes en cas de dépassement. ➢ Vous garantissez l'application des process de travail et en pilotez l'amélioration continue.
