Fed IT, cabinet entièrement dédié aux recrutements spécialisés sur les métiers de l'informatique (Infra, Data, Développement, MOA, MOE, Management), recherche pour un de ses clients dans le secteur de l'assurance, un ou une : Responsable Technologie - Expérience Client (H/F). Le poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d'un CDI chez le client final. Rattaché(e) au Directeur Expérience utilisateurs, vous piloterez l'ensemble des activités de la plateforme omnicanal du Centre de Relation Client pour garantir une qualité de service et un maintien en conditions opérationnelles irréprochables. Vous construirez et partagerez la vision de l'évolution de la plateforme en lien avec la stratégie business et vous piloterez les budgets et l'affectation des ressources (en vous appuyant sur des équipes projets internes & externes). A ce titre, vos principales missions seront : - Participer à l'élaboration et maintenir la feuille de route des projets liés aux solutions de centre de service client ; - Prioriser les initiatives en fonction des besoins métiers, des contraintes budgétaires et des objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise ; - Garantir l'alignement des projets avec la stratégie globale de la DTIT et des directions métiers ; - Superviser l'intégration des solutions (CTI, SVI, CRM, outils omnicanaux) en respectant les standards techniques et réglementaires ; - Encadrer, motiver et développer une équipe de 10 collaborateurs (chefs de projet MOA et MOE, intégrateurs, …) ; - Définir les objectifs individuels et collectifs, assurer le suivi des performances et accompagner la montée en compétences, favoriser un climat de collaboration et d'innovation au sein de l'équipe ; - Assurer la qualité des livrables, le respect des délais et des budgets, mettre en place des indicateurs de suivi (KPI) et des tableaux de bord pour piloter l'avancement des projets ; - Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des directions métiers pour recueillir leurs besoins et les traduire en solutions techniques ; - Coordonner les échanges avec les équipes internes (DSN, sécurité, infrastructure, …) et les partenaires externes (éditeurs, intégrateurs) ; - Organiser et animer des comités de pilotage et des points d'avancement ; - Participer à l'élaboration et suivre le budget annuel de l'équipe et des projets, optimiser l'allocation des ressources humaines et techniques, anticiper les besoins en recrutement ou en renfort externe ; - Assurer une veille technologique sur les solutions de centre de contacts et les tendances du marché, proposer des évolutions pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et l'expérience client ; - Contribuer à la mise en place de bonnes pratiques et de standards méthodologiques (Agile, ITIL)…
