Sans management hiérarchique direct, vous agissez en chef d'orchestre : vous animez les instances, concevez la gouvernance du programme et préparez les décisions du comité exécutif. Vos principales missions : Préparer les instances (comité d'instruction des demandes, comité d'investissement SI, comités de pilotage IT et métier) : produire et consolider les supports de gouvernance. Tenir le secrétariat de gouvernance : comptes rendus officiels, décisions, suivi rigoureux des plans d'action. Alerter la DSI et les sponsors sur les dérives ; proposer actions correctives et scénarios d'arbitrage. Construire le master plan du programme et suivre les jalons inter-projets. Piloter le plan de charge et le budget (CAPEX / OPEX), analyser les écarts (Earned Value Management). Responsibilities: The PDU Power Infrastructure Manager is the global owner and subject matter expert for the company's PDU infrastructure. The role also partners closely with business units, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to forecast growth, develop capacity strategies, and ensure PDU infrastructure is aligned with current and future business needs. Key Responsibilities: PDU Infrastructure Management; Serve as the primary technical owner for all deployed PDU platforms globally. Monitoring & Firmware Management; Manage monitoring, alerting, and reporting for the global PDU estate through Nlyte and other approved monitoring platforms. Le cadrage est déjà effectué : une feuille de route de 10 chantiers prioritaires a été validée et structure les 12 premiers mois du programme (gouvernance et pilotage par la valeur, unification de la promesse client et du carnet de commandes, sécurisation de la prise de commande, maîtrise de l'introduction des nouveaux produits, fiabilisation des prérequis de production, disponibilité des moules et presses de marquage, fiabilité des mouvements de stock, standardisation des expéditions, gouvernance fournisseurs, fiabilisation des données techniques critiques). Il/elle sera l'interlocuteur principal entre les équipes métiers, les intégrateurs SAP, les architectes d'entreprise et les équipes techniques. Missions principalesPiloter des projets SAP de transformation et d'implémentation de bout en bout. Définir le périmètre, les objectifs, les livrables, le budget et le planning du projet. Mettre en place la gouvernance, les indicateurs de suivi et le reporting projet. Gérer les plans projet, les dépendances et les différents workstreams. Coordonner les équipes métiers, techniques et les partenaires externes. Organiser et animer les ateliers métiers ainsi que les instances de décision. Gérer les attentes des parties prenantes et assurer une communication régulière. Identifier et résoudre les conflits et faciliter la prise de décision. Superviser la livraison des solutions SAP et leur intégration avec les modules dédiés à l'assurance. Piloter la gestion des risques, problèmes, actions et dépendances (RAID). Suivre la performance des fournisseurs et des intégrateurs. Gérer le budget projet et les prévisions financières. Suivre les dépenses et la performance financière par rapport au business case. Garantir le respect des méthodologies et standards de gestion de projet. Définir les critères d'acceptation et les quality gates. Superviser la stratégie de tests : SIT, UAT, tests de performance et tests de cutover. Coordonner les activités de formation et de communication. Préparer les métiers au go-live et accompagner l'adoption des solutions. Contribuer à la réalisation des bénéfices attendus du projet.
