About The Role: We are looking for an onsite IT Technician to work alongside our managed IT support. You will help manage hardware, servers, cloud services, firewalls, and security, while supporting staff get the most from Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and eventually Power Apps. Experience with ERP systems is a bonus. You will also play a key role in building a full onsite IT department. What you'll do: Provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting. Manage servers, network, cloud services, and firewalls. Support and train staff on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. Work with IT policies to keep the business secure.
