Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems within a data center environment, ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and execution of preventative and corrective maintenance programs • Ensure uptime and reliability of critical environment systems through proactive monitoring, maintenance oversight, and risk mitigation • Lead operational excellence by executing and governing processes such as maintenance procedures, incident reviews (RCAs), and change management • Drive safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to Microsoft standards and immediately addressing risks or incidents • Partner cross-functionally with engineering teams, vendors, and landlord partners to optimize datacenter performance and resolve issues • Identify and reduce risk, minimizing human-error and high-impact incidents year over year • Support emergency response readiness, acting as an escalation point for facilities related incidents • Deliver efficiency outcomes by advancing cost optimization and energy efficiency initiatives and support data-driven operations through the accurate measurement and reporting of key metrics, including power, temperature, and service-level (SLA) performance Date de démarrage : ASAP Localisation : Issy-les-moulineaux TJM : selon profil Mission longue Rythme : full on site
