You will have at least 5 to 7 years experience at expert level of working with a Core Banking system and ideally with Salesforce/nCino core banking platform. Contexte de la mission :Dans le cadre du renforcement de son pôle SIRH, notre client recherche un(e) consultant(e) SAP HCM expérimenté(e) pour intervenir sur les modules Paie et Gestion des Temps, participer à des projets de cadrage et de migration, et accompagner la montée en compétence d'un profil junior également recruté sur ce périmètre. Missions :Assurer le maintien en conditions opérationnelles et l'évolution du système SAP HCM, avec un focus particulier sur les modules Paie et Time Management (gestion des temps) Réaliser le paramétrage des modules concernés en fonction des besoins métier Intervenir ponctuellement sur des développements spécifiques (ABAP ou équivalent) si nécessaire Participer activement aux projets SIRH : cadrage, conception, migration de données et de processus Analyser et challenger les processus métier RH existants pour proposer des solutions adaptées

Pour un client basé en région parisienne, je suis à la recherche d'un SOC Manager expérimenté (min 5 ans d'expérience). Rédaction de documents stratégiques et opérationnels, Préparation de l'équipe SOC, Amélioration des règles de détection du SIEM, Rédaction de playbooks de réaction. La connaissance des solutions Logpoint et The Hive est nécessaire. Cette mission est une mission d'expertise, avec une visibilité sur 2 mois. La mission peut démarrer rapidement et un entretien avec le client pourra avoir lieu cette semaine.

Notre client, une institution financière majeure, recherche un consultant senior pour piloter un projet d'assessment et de remédiation sur la conformité BCBS 239. Missions principales : • Analyser les gaps de conformité BCBS 239 (Data Governance, Model Risk Management, Operational Risk) • Documenter les processus réglementaires existants et identifier les points de non-conformité • Structurer et piloter les plans de remédiation associés • Assurer la transition vers un framework de gestion des risques conforme • Interactions régulières avec les équipes Risk & Compliance du client Profil recherché : Expérience requise : • Minimum 7-10 ans d'expérience en Risk Management ou Regulatory Compliance (banking/finance) • Expertise confirmée en BCBS 239 (assessment, remédiation, implementation) • Maîtrise des domaines : Data Risk, Model Risk Management, Operational Risk • Expérience dans la documentation de plans de remédiation et suivi d'actions correctives
