Le contexte Notre client, acteur majeur des médias et technologies, lance une démarche structurante de cartographie des processus et de préparation à une certification ISO . Dans ce cadre, il recherche un Chef de Projet expérimenté pour piloter le déploiement et l’adoption de l’outil PYX4 auprès des équipes techniques et métiers. Vos missions Piloter le projet de cartographie des processus au niveau transverse Administrer et déployer la plateforme PYX4 (Design, Process, Risk…) Modéliser et formaliser des processus métiers complexes Accompagner et former les équipes à l’utilisation de l’outil Structurer et uniformiser la documentation process Animer des ateliers multi-équipes (IT & métiers) Contribuer activement à la démarche de certification ISO

* Significant experience as a technical or solution architect in complex digital or enterprise environments. * Strong software engineering foundation, with practical knowledge of modern application architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs, distributed systems). * Proven ability to design and document architectures using visual modelling techniques such as C4, UML, and data flow diagrams. * Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider, ideally AWS, including Infrastructure as Code, platform services, networking, and security controls. * Deep understanding of secure and resilient system design, including authentication patterns, threat modelling, performance considerations, and observability. * Familiarity with Ruby, Python, or Java, and modern development practices such as CI/CD, TDD, and containerisation. * Experience guiding technology decisions, evaluating options, and influencing senior stakeholders. * Strong understanding of data modelling, integration approaches, API design, messaging patterns, and interoperability challenges. * Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and build consensus across diverse groups. * Ability to work across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery through implementation and service transition. Desirable Skills & Experience * Experience with enterprise ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite). * Knowledge of UK government digital service standards, architecture frameworks, and assurance processes. * Understanding of Domain-Driven Design or event-driven architectural approaches. * Exposure to SRE, platform engineering, or infrastructure architecture disciplines. * Experience contributing to architectural communities of practice or governance forums. * Prior consultancy experience working across multiple product teams or client environments. Tu rejoins VONA en tant qu'expert·e de référence en Cyber Résilience & Continuité d'Activité — sans rattachement exclusif à une practice. Ton périmètre principal portera sur la résilience opérationnelle et la continuité d'activité, avec la possibilité d'intervenir sur d'autres volets connexes (stratégie SSI, gestion des risques, intégration de la sécurité dans les projets) selon les missions, les priorités clients et ton appétence. Tu accompagnes nos clients — industriels, acteurs bancaires, grandes organisations — dans la construction et la mise en œuvre de leur stratégie de résilience : Réaliser des diagnostics de maturité résilience et élaborer des feuilles de route PCA/PRA ; Conduire des Business Impact Analysis (BIA) et définir les stratégies de reprise ; Accompagner la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des plans de résilience ; Tester et faire tester les dispositifs de continuité d'activité ; Sensibiliser et acculturer les équipes DSI et métiers aux enjeux de la résilience ; Assurer le reporting et le pilotage de la gouvernance résilience (COPIL, CODIR).
