Descriptif du poste La mission vise la gestion et l'optimisation de l'acquisition digitale et la performance publicitaire en soutenant au quotidien un trafic manager en charge de l'ensemble des leviers d'acquisition digitaux. Le principal rôle est l'opération, le suivi et l'optimisation des campagnes de branding et de performance sur les différents leviers digitaux (Display, Social Ads, SEA, affiliation, etc.), en s'appuyant sur une approche ROIste. Gestion de campagne Accompagnement du trafic manager permettant la création, gérance et l'optimisation des campagnes publicitaires paid. Briefing et suivi du développement des assets créatifs. Briefing des agences média en charge de la gestion des différents leviers. Réalisation d'A/B tests (visuels, copies, audiences) pour améliorer les performances. Élaboration des trackings des campagnes : création de perf origine, url trackée et click command.

This represents the perfect opportunity for a recently qualified Accountant with an interest in developing Systems and processes to join an established business on a fast track growth plan within a role you can make your own. The Group finance team has a wide remit, with responsibility for a number of critical business processes including internal and external reporting, provision of financial analysis and insights including oversight of the budgeting and forecasting cycles, maintaining proper systems of financial control and the ownership and development of key reporting and accounting systems. The Finance Analyst will input into all critical business processes, with particular responsibility for the maintenance and development of our internal and external financial reporting systems; providing support and guidance to finance teams around the business in the use of these systems, and working alongside the Finance Manager in the development of a new financial reporting platform for the wider Group. The Finance Analyst will also support in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including management information packs and analysis. This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern Group finance function, and to gain experience in a broad range of finance and commercial activities. It is ideally suited to a finance professional with past experience in working with large and complex datasets and who has an interest in financial information systems. Key Accountabilities Finance information systems Management and maintenance of the reporting system, enabling seamless reporting of actual and budgeted results Provide assistance to IT in the maintenance of the general ledger system, including oversight of the migration of business units to the Group systems. Continued development of the reporting platform to meet the evolving needs of the business, including rolling out to new companies within the wider Group Financial Reporting & Budgeting Key contributor in the monthly management reporting process for the Group, including communication of timetables and deliverables, and provision of guidance to finance teams. Review results and commentary as provided by the individual divisions and challenge as necessary. Pour un acteur de l’Asset Management intervenant sur la ligne métier Assurance Vie, nous recherchons un Directeur de programme pour piloter un programme stratégique d’intégration client sur une plateforme de gestion Front Office. La mission couvre le cadrage du programme, la structuration de la gouvernance et le pilotage opérationnel des travaux. Le consultant sera responsable de la coordination de l’ensemble des parties prenantes (équipes métier, client, IT, intégrateurs), du respect des engagements, des délais et du périmètre. Une posture affirmée est attendue afin de savoir challenger les demandes du client, arbitrer et sécuriser la trajectoire du programme. Le rôle inclut également un reporting régulier et une communication claire auprès de la direction.
