La plateforme cible de gestion et d'orchestration du process de crédit de la banque est une application couvrant le processus crédit de bout en bout, de l'origination à la décision en comité, jusqu'à l'implémentation et au suivi continu pour les Corporates. Le périmètre FIC (Financial Institutions Coverage — banques, hedge funds, assurances …) est encore géré dans une application historique centrée uniquement sur le comité de crédit, avec un quotidien qui repose largement sur les e-mails et les fichiers Excel. L'objectif du programme Convergence FIC est de faire migrer ce périmètre vers cette plateforme cible. C'est un programme global par nature et un enjeu stratégique pour la banque : il s'adresse à l'ensemble des équipes FIC à l'échelle internationale (Europe, Amériques, hubs opérationnels) et touche toute la chaîne de valeur du crédit, des référentiels et des données jusqu'au pilotage du portefeuille. PMO Planner Must have an Active DV Clearance PMO Planner Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and assure integrated project and programme schedules. Establish and manage baseline plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths. Maintain alignment between master programme plans and individual project schedules. Monitor schedule performance, identifying variances, slippage, risks, and dependencies. Produce planning metrics, dashboards, and reporting for governance forums and customer reviews. Support schedule assurance activities, health checks, and internal reviews. Promote planning best practice and ensure compliance with governance and contractual requirements. Support recovery planning and continuous improvement of planning processes, templates, and tools. Provide planning expertise and constructive challenge to Project and Programme Managers. PMO Planner Skills and Experience Proven experience within a PMO planning or scheduling role supporting complex programmes. Strong understanding of programme and project lifecycle planning. Experience maintaining integrated schedules across multiple projects or workstreams. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools. Advanced Microsoft Excel with strong PowerPoint and Word skills. Experience using SharePoint and programme document repositories. Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Highly organised, proactive, collaborative, and delivery focused.
