PMO Planner

We are looking for an experienced PMO Planner to support a complex, large-scale programme in Basingstoke. You will be responsible for maintaining integrated programme schedules, tracking milestones, dependencies and critical paths, and providing clear planning insight to support effective programme delivery.

Key experience:

- Proven experience in PMO planning / project or programme scheduling.
- Experience managing integrated schedules across multiple projects or workstreams.
- Strong understanding of milestones, dependencies, critical paths and schedule risk.
- Ability to identify slippage and provide recovery planning and constructive challenge.
- Strong reporting and dashboarding skills for senior governance forums.
- Advanced MS Project and Excel skills; PowerPoint and SharePoint experience.
- Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within complex programmes, Defence or Government environments would be highly desirable.
