À propos de la mission Dans le cadre d'un vaste programme de transformation d'un système d'information stratégique, nous recherchons un(e) Architecte Solution Senior Produit capable de définir et de piloter la trajectoire d'évolution d'une plateforme logicielle historique vers une architecture plus modulaire, performante et résiliente. Vous interviendrez au cœur des décisions d'architecture et accompagnerez les équipes techniques dans la modernisation progressive d'un produit complexe, sans rupture de service. Vos missions En tant que référent(e) architecture, vous serez notamment amené(e) à : Réaliser l'analyse de l'architecture existante et identifier les axes d'amélioration. Définir l'architecture cible et construire la roadmap de transformation. Concevoir une architecture modulaire favorisant la réutilisation, la maintenabilité et l'évolutivité. Définir les standards d'architecture, les principes de conception et les bonnes pratiques techniques. Mettre en place les indicateurs permettant de piloter la performance, la qualité logicielle, la dette technique et la résilience. Identifier les risques techniques et proposer les plans de mitigation associés. Élaborer les dossiers d'architecture et documenter les choix techniques. Accompagner les équipes de développement dans la mise en œuvre des évolutions. Animer les sujets d'architecture auprès des différentes équipes (développement, infrastructure, exploitation, métiers). Administrer et assurer le support des utilisateurs de notre plateforme de trading basée sur le système Allegro ETRM (fourni par un éditeur), avec intégration vers d’autres applications métiers (par exemple Veson IMOS, SAP B1). Permettre aux utilisateurs métier d’exécuter efficacement leurs opérations quotidiennes (par exemple : saisie des trades, notamment la représentation des prix des contrats, planification des expéditions, calcul et reporting du PnL, contrôles back-office et vérifications de qualité, facturation et interface avec les systèmes comptables). Remettre en question les personnalisations existantes d’Allegro et proposer des optimisations en C#. Continuer à développer le Front-End Allegro interne en améliorant et en étendant les fonctionnalités basées sur l’IA pour automatiser les tâches de saisie des opérations, fluidifier les workflows opérationnels et soutenir la création de rapports et d’outils orientés utilisateur. Comprendre les nouveaux besoins métier et développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités basées sur des exigences complexes. Coordonner les tests utilisateurs (UAT) et les mises en production de nouvelles fonctionnalités système. Créer des rapports personnalisés et des tableaux de bord à l’aide de Power BI et d’Excel. Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation technique en anglais et la rendre accessible à l’équipe. Former les utilisateurs métier et les autres membres de l’équipe.
