Maintain and track exit plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions. Coordinate knowledge transfer, documentation handover, asset tracking, and service transition activities. Monitor progress against exit schedules and provide reporting to programme leadership. Support governance forums and ensure compliance with contractual and organisational requirements. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities associated with programme transition. You will support delivery coordination, stakeholder communication, financial tracking, and the build-out of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) frameworks to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing support.
