MISSIONS PRINCIPALES Administration & Gouvernance M365 Administrer le tenant M365 en profondeur (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive), gérer les politiques de sécurité et conformité (DLP, sensitivity labels, Conditional Access, MFA) Automatiser et administrer via PowerShell M365 et Microsoft Graph API Gérer les licences M365 Copilot et optimiser le ROI dans un contexte grand groupe Architecture & Développement SharePoint Online Concevoir l'architecture de sites et de collections (Hub sites, communication sites, team sites), gérer les permissions, les flux de contenu et les métadonnées Développer en SharePoint Framework (SPFx) pour les agents custom si nécessaire Intégrer SharePoint comme source de données pour les architectures RAG Construction d'Agents IA (Copilot Studio & Azure OpenAI) Concevoir et déployer des agents IA conversationnels via Copilot Studio : topics, entités, actions, connecteurs custom, intégration Teams/SharePoint Construire des agents custom via Azure OpenAI Service (GPT-4, embeddings), Azure AI Search et des architectures RAG sur des sources documentaires O365 Maîtriser les patterns Declarative Agents et Custom Engine Agents dans l'écosystème M365 Développer les intégrations via Microsoft Graph API (Python ou C# selon le contexte) Power Platform & Automatisation Créer des workflows Power Automate intégrés aux agents, des connecteurs custom et des interfaces Power Apps si nécessaire Étendre les capacités des agents via les connecteurs de la Power Platform Gouvernance Sécurité des Agents IA Valider chaque agent IA déployé sur le plan sécurité et conformité (accès aux données, DLP, RGPD) avec les équipes sécurité du groupe Garantir la conformité des architectures RAG avec les politiques de protection des données
