ContexteLe poste est à pourvoir au sein du Centre de services informatique (CSI) de la direction des Outils du Quotidien : équipe transverse organisée en agile qui accompagne et outille l'ensemble des collaborateurs de l'entreprise (environ 1700 personnes, répartis sur 3 sites). Le gestionnaire de parc s'intègre à l'équipe support utilisateur (une dizaine de personnes) composée de référents informatiques de site (un par site), de techniciens informatiques et du gestionnaire de parc. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec le responsable front office, les techniciens et administrateurs systèmes et réseaux, ainsi que le service comptabilité. Rattachement au responsable du support utilisateur, avec un point de suivi tous les 10 jours. Ce qui a changé et structure le besoin : la fonction de gestion de parc a été créée récemment, en même temps que le déploiement de GLPI. Un premier travail de remise en conformité du parc a été mené et est aujourd'hui abouti : les données sont fiables et l'outil est en place. La mission n'est donc plus une mission de rattrapage mais une mission de pilotage, d'industrialisation et d'automatisation de la gestion de parc, portée par un profil capable de prendre le lead sur le sujet au sein de l'équipe. Le titulaire est attendu comme le référent de la gestion de parc : c'est lui qui définit la trajectoire, cadre les pratiques auprès des référents de site et des techniciens, et fait avancer les sujets sans avoir besoin d'être sollicité. Le support utilisateur et l'accompagnement restent des tâches annexes, à déléguer autant que possible aux techniciens et aux référents de site. DescriptionPrendre le lead sur la gestion de parc : porter le sujet, arbitrer, cadrer les pratiques auprès des référents informatiques de site et des techniciens, Être force de proposition : identifier les irritants, proposer et instruire des axes d'amélioration de sa propre initiative, Automatiser et industrialiser ce qui peut l'être (règles GLPI, contrôles de conformité, inventaire, reporting), S'assurer que l'ensemble de nos outils de gestion de parc soient à jour et que les données restent cohérentes dans le temps, Mettre en place et faire vivre des indicateurs clés de suivi de l'activité (dashboards GLPI), S'assurer que la politique d'attribution du matériel est respectée, et la faire évoluer si besoin, Anticiper les ruptures de stock et s'assurer que les stocks physiques soient rangés et accessibles, S'assurer que nous respectons nos engagements RSE (certification label Numérique Responsable), Organiser et maintenir la base documentaire du service, Participer aux différents projets en lien avec son périmètre, Comprendre les activités et enjeux des métiers d'une entreprise de la tech, Gérer les comptes et les accès des utilisateurs du site, préparer le matériel et le mettre à disposition. DocumentationMaintenir à jour la documentation à destination de l'équipe et des utilisateurs finaux. Assistance aux utilisateurs (tâche annexe, à déléguer autant que possible)Suivi des demandes émises par les collaborateurs (messagerie, ticket, direct) et tenue à jour du suivi des tickets, Résolution des problèmes techniques (hardware / software) à distance ou sur site, Accompagnement à l'utilisation du matériel et sensibilisation aux bonnes pratiques de sécurité informatique, Maintenance préventive des équipements informatiques.
