Contexte de la mission : La prestation se déroulera au sein de la Direction des Technologies du client, pour le compte d'une équipe en charge de la fabrication et de la mise à disposition de l'ensemble des contenus vidéo (Live et VoD) diffusés sur les différents canaux numériques (applications, web, IPTV/FAI et réseaux sociaux). La plateforme développe et gère notamment : - un catalogue/référentiel unique des médias numériques ; - un moteur de workflow permettant l'ingestion, la fabrication et la diffusion des médias sur les différentes offres numériques et celles de partenaires ; - des API et autres moyens d'interfaçage avec les plateformes de lecture et les services numériques ; - un back-office de gestion des médias (fenêtres de publication, gestion des catalogues, géoblocage, etc.) ; - une plateforme technique vidéo numérique (infrastructure propre et solutions SaaS) comprenant : *une tête de réseau OTT permettant la fabrication des flux Live, événementiels et VoD ; *un système de découpage automatisé de certains programmes ; *une tête de réseau IPTV destinée à alimenter les opérateurs partenaires. Cette équipe occupe un rôle transverse et stratégique dans la diffusion des contenus numériques. Sa feuille de route évolue en permanence afin d'accompagner les besoins des différentes offres digitales.

2nd/3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer MoD Corsham Role Summary This role provides for the advanced operational support, maintenance and development of a secure MoD platform, working as part of a team based at MoD Corsham. The position involves working across a complex technical estate to ensure platform availability and resilience, while supporting change and continuous service improvement. The role requires DV clearance and sole UK nationality. Key Responsibilities The Infrastructure Engineer will be expected to provide technical support to incident, problem and change management across production and non production environments. . Administer Windows based systems, including patching and configuration management. . Support Citrix and virtualised platforms such as VMWare vSphere and vRealize Automation. . Monitor and maintain system health using tools including SCOM and other enterprise monitoring solutions. . Collaborate with adjacent teams (e.g, Application Support Provider, IaaS provider) to provide reliable, resilient and secure services. . Conduct root cause analysis and the resolution of complex platform issues. Essential Skills and Background Experience in 2nd/3rd line engineering roles within secure Defence environments. . Highly proficient in Windows Server administration, and familiar with SCOM and MECM. . Experienced in the deployment and support of VMWare and Citrix solutions. . Hands on experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management. Desirable Skills . Proficiency with Linux (RHEL/CentOS) in the support context. . Familiarity with Trend, Nessus or similar security tooling. . Knowledge of backup and DPKI solutions. . Awareness of trust relationships and secure enterprise architectures. . Prior experience working with Defence Digital and knowledge of policies including JSP453. . Prior experience delivering support within an ITIL based service management model. . Certifications including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Advanced Administration.

PÉRIMÈTRE DE LA MISSION Prise en charge de déploiements WM de bout en bout : ateliers de design, préparation et fiabilisation de la migration de données (emplacements, fiches article, stocks), formation des utilisateurs clés, et hypercare post-go-live (~3 semaines). Réalisation ou pilotage des développements spécifiques : transactions et écrans RF (terminaux radiofréquence), formulaires et étiquettes (avec contraintes qualité/traçabilité), reportings opérationnels. Rôle actif de transfert de compétences : documentation, ateliers, accompagnement des équipes internes pour qu'elles puissent progressivement reprendre la main sur les déploiements suivants. Contribution au cadrage puis à la réalisation du pilote EWM, en tant que référent technique sur cette nouvelle solution pour le groupe.

Experience developing service transition, support, and governance models. Ability to produce clear, concise, and high-quality technical documentation. Experience working within complex delivery programmes and tight timescales. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience leading virtual and co-located teams.
