Your responsibilities: Purpose -To lead, guide and advise on data governance, compliance, and information protection implementation using Microsoft Purview, within the context of Microsoft Fabric and possibly beyond. * Design & Implementation: in the context of Microsoft Fabric, lead on the discovery, definition and implementation of Purview functionality, including but not limited to Data Catalogue, Monitoring, Lineage and Data Loss Prevention capabilities. * Data Governance & Compliance: Define data ownership models, classification schemes, and data lifecycle/records management policies. * Consultative Advice: Act as the technical lead, advising stakeholders on best practices for data security and regulatory compliance. * Operational Support: Maintain documentation (LLDs, SOPs), create user guides, and train teams on using the compliance portal. Key Skills & Experience: * Deep knowledge of Microsoft Purview, M365 security technologies, and data governance frameworks. * Hands-on experience with configuring and administering Microsoft Purview - either in Microsoft Fabric or Enterprise versions. * Strong knowledge of data security concepts - classification, sensitivity labels, DLP, etc * Microsoft certifications such as SC-400 (Information Protection Administrator) or SC-300 would be a bonus * Experience in process design and service transition is desirable * Quick learner to apply new concepts * Ability to work in ambiguous situations * Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders This is an excellent opportunity on a great project of work, If you are looking for your next exciting opportunity, apply now for your CV to reach me directly, we will respond as soon as possible.
