BI/ SAP BW SUPPORT - BARCELONA
We are currently collaborating with top retail worldwide company that is looking for a person that would like to be part of the Support & Services team developing a career path in a diverse and tech work environment.
Main responsibilities include:
Improve the Service & Support department.
Work in SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA and/or BI platforms, performing analysis, documentation, prioritizing, and processing incoming requests or errors tickets.
Coordination with internal and external development departments.
Create training sessions for local support departments.
Continuous optimization of support processes.
Problem management to avoid issues in systems.
This person should be aligned with following professional experience:
Experience in Support tasks or IT projects.
Over 1 year experience in SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud or BI tools.
Knowledge and/or experience in BI processes (business, data, reporting analytics…)
Experience in Ticketing Systems.
Knowledge in ITIL
Fluent English and German.
Benefits and conditions:
Location: Barcelona
Full-time contract
12 days remote work per month
Flexible hours
Intensive schedule July, August and Fridays.
Additional benefits: meal allowance, health-care insurance, transport, well-being voucher, and flexible remuneration (nursery grants)
