IT Infrastructure & Systems Manager We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior IT Infrastructure Manager with at least 7 to 10 years experience to oversee, manage, and continuously improve the organization's IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, network environment, and end-user computing services. The successful candidate will ensure the availability, security, performance, and resilience of critical business systems while leading technical teams and supporting key stakeholders across the organization. Responsabilités et activités clés 1) Ingénierie & expertise messagerie (Exchange) • Concevoir, piloter et exécuter des plans de migration messagerie : o Exchange On-Prem ↔ Exchange Online, o migrations tenant-to-tenant dans le cadre de M&A. • Assurer la configuration, l'optimisation et le maintien en condition opérationnelle d'Exchange Online / Exchange On-Prem : o topologie, rôles, bases, connecteurs, quotas, o haute disponibilité et résilience • Gérer les aspects complexes de la messagerie : o coexistence hybride, identités et synchronisation, o free/busy, GAL / address books, o routage mail (MX), relais, anti-spam / anti-phishing, o authentification & sécurité (DKIM, DMARC, SPF, TLS). 2) Migrations en contexte de rachat / fusion (M&A) • Évaluer les environnements existants : o tenants source et cible, o versions et topologies Exchange, o modes de gestion des identités (AD, Entra ID, synchro). • Définir la stratégie globale de migration : o identité (comptes, groupes, synchronisation), o messagerie (boîtes, archives, boîtes partagées, ressources), o services M365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online). • Planifier et orchestrer : o les migrations de boîtes aux lettres, groupes, ressources, archives, boîtes partagées, o les phases de bascule (pilotes, lots, cutover), o les plans de retour arrière. • Accompagner les équipes dans la mise en oeuvre : o préparation des environnements, o choix et configuration des outils de migration (dont scripts PowerShell), o communication et conduite du changement (planning de bascule, impacts, modes opératoires utilisateurs). 3) Intégration et standardisation Microsoft 365 (transverse) • Contribuer aux projets liés à l'identité, la sécurité, la gouvernance et la conformité autour de M365, en lien avec IAM et Sécurité : o Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, o MIP / classification et protection de l'information, o Intune (pour la partie poste / mobile lorsque pertinent). • Intégrer ou migrer les services collaboratifs : o Teams (chats, équipes, canaux, réunions), o OneDrive (données personnelles), o SharePoint Online (sites d'équipe, communication, portails). • Standardiser les configurations M365 dans le tenant cible : o Enaming conventions, o stratégies de création d'équipes / groupes, o politiques de partage externe, o rétention, archivage, conformité. 4) Expertise SharePoint Pour les profils disposant de cette compétence : • Réaliser des migrations SharePoint : o On-Prem → Online, o On-Prem → On-Prem (entre fermes / versions), o analyse de l'existant (collections de sites, personnalisations, permissions). • Optimiser l'architecture de sites dans le tenant cible : o structures, modèles, navigation, o gouvernance des espaces, o adaptation aux usages métiers. • Assurer un support N3 SharePoint : o permissions complexes, o problèmes de contenu / versions, o flux / workflows, o moteur de recherche, indexation. 5) Support N3 & coordination • Résoudre les incidents complexes de messagerie / collaboration : o dysfonctionnements Exchange (envoi / réception, routage, latences), o problèmes de coexistence hybride, o incidents liés aux migrations (données manquantes, droits, accès), o incidents critiques M365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online) liés à la messagerie / identité. • Être le point d'escalade expert (N3) pour les équipes techniques internes et prestataires. • Coordonner avec : o Sécurité (incident sécurité mail, phishing, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, politiques), o Réseau (latence, routage, proxies, firewalls), o AD / Entra ID / IAM (identités, synchronisation, licences), o équipes Collaboration / M365, Workplace, IT locaux. 6) Documentation, knowledge et pilotage • Rédiger et maintenir tous les documents nécessaires : o documentation de migration (tenant-to-tenant ou On-Prem → Cloud), o dossiers d'exploitation (DEX) pour Exchange / M365 / SharePoint, o procédures d'administration et d'exploitation. • Produire les livrables projet pour les migrations M&A : o plan de migration complet (messagerie + services M365), o planning détaillé, matrices de migration, jalons, o scripts PowerShell de préparation / migration (identités, boîtes, groupes, licences) ou paramétrages d'outils de migration, o procédures de bascule (cutover) et de retour arrière, o guides de bonnes pratiques post-migration. • Contribuer au suivi et au pilotage : o rapports d'avancement, o tableaux de bord (KPIs de migration, volumétrie, taux de succès, temps de bascule), o comptes-rendus d'incidents critiques et analyses de cause racine (RCA). • Alimenter la base de connaissance interne (articles techniques, FAQ, modes opératoires) pour la chaîne de support et les IT locaux. Compétences et expérience attendues Les compétences suivantes devront être couvertes : Bloc Messagerie / Exchange (profil Expert Messaging) • Expertise avancée Exchange Online et Exchange On-Prem (architecture, configuration, sécurité, hybridation). • Expérience significative en migrations de messagerie, en particulier en contexte M&A (fusions-acquisitions) : o migrations tenant-to-tenant, o coexistence, o gestion des identités et de la GAL, o gestion des risques et des plans de rollback. • Maîtrise de PowerShell et de l'automatisation pour Exchange / M365 (scripts de migration, d'inventaire, de configuration). • Capacité à gérer des incidents complexes de messagerie et à fournir un support N3 robuste. Bloc M365 Collaboration (profil Expert M365 / Collaboration) • Bonne connaissance des services Microsoft 365 : o Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, o Planner, Lists ou services associés. • Compréhension des enjeux de : o identité & Azure AD / Entra ID, o gouvernance et sécurité (Conditional Access, MIP, DLP, etc.), o conformité et rétention. • Expérience en intégration ou migration de ces services vers un tenant cible (standardisation des configurations, harmonisation). • Compétences SharePoint On-Prem / Online appréciées pour adresser également le volet contenu / sites. Compétences transverses • Pratique avérée de contextes internationaux et de projets multi-sites / multi-entités. • Anglais courant (oral et écrit) indispensable pour les projets de migration et les échanges avec les équipes et partenaires internationaux. • Capacité à travailler en mode projet (planning, jalons, risques) et RUN (MCO, incidents, évolutions). • Qualités : rigueur, sens du service, pédagogie, capacité de vulgarisation, aptitude à travailler en transverse avec de multiples équipes (Workplace, Sécurité, IAM, Réseau, RUN).
