Project Management / PMO Professional We are looking for a Project Management / PMO professional to support a large-scale programme for a Defence client. You will work in a complex environment, supporting the Project Manager with governance, planning, reporting, RAID management, financial tracking and stakeholder coordination. Your role will involve: - Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day project and programme management. - Maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones and actions. - Managing RAID logs, reporting and project governance. - Supporting financial tracking, forecasting and change control. - Coordinating internal teams, suppliers and key stakeholders. - Supporting delivery across time, cost, scope and quality. - Ensuring project documentation, assurance and audit requirements are maintained. Key experience: - Minimum 2 years' PMO / Project Support experience. - Experience working across projects through the full lifecycle. - Defence, National Security or Government experience highly desirable. - Strong experience with project governance, reporting, RAID and financial management. - Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile or SAFe methodologies. - Confident working with senior stakeholders in complex and challenging environments. - Experience supporting technology/ICT projects would be advantageous. Regional Deployment Lead Rate - Negotiable Duration - 12 months Remote Overview We are seeking a Regional Deployment Lead to drive the successful delivery of projects, system implementations, and transformation initiatives across the region. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating deployments, managing stakeholders, mitigating risks, and ensuring business readiness while maintaining operational continuity. Change Manager - Remote - Outside IR35 Must have an Active SC Clearance The role covers the full change lifecycle, from strategy, impact assessment and readiness through to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption and benefits realisation. This position is suited to an experienced Change Manager with a strong background in Government, Public Sector or other highly regulated environments. Change Manager Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive change management strategies aligned with programme and client objectives. Conduct change impact assessments and organisational readiness assessments. Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, adoption and business readiness plans. Create and maintain change roadmaps, schedules and governance frameworks. Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, programme leadership, operational teams and external partners. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions and impact assessments. Develop communication strategies and messaging for different stakeholder groups. Establish and maintain change governance, reporting and control processes. Support Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and other governance forums where required. Manage change-related risks, issues, actions and dependencies. Identify resistance and barriers to adoption and develop appropriate mitigation plans. Define training requirements and support end-user training and knowledge transfer. Monitor adoption, engagement, benefits realisation and business outcomes following implementation. Support continuous improvement and lessons-learned activities throughout the programme. Change Manager Skills and Experience Extensive experience in Change Management, Business Transformation or Organisational Development. Strong Organisational Change Management (OCM) experience. Proven experience delivering complex transformation and change programmes. Experience within Central Government, Public Sector, Defence, Healthcare, Local Authority or another highly regulated environment. Strong experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and business readiness assessments. Experience developing adoption strategies and supporting benefits realisation. Strong stakeholder management with experience engaging senior client and executive stakeholders. Experience with programme governance, risk and issue management, reporting and change control. Strong workshop facilitation, communication, presentation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Experience developing change communications, training strategies and engagement activities. Strong understanding of programme and project delivery lifecycles. Prosci or Change Management Institute (CMI) certification would be advantageous. PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, Agile or ITIL certification would also be beneficial. Previous Ministry of Justice (MOJ) or wider Central Government experience would be highly advantageous.
