Ingénieur de production informatique H/F - Annecy Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Ingénieur de Production Applicative / Middleware H/F pour accompagner l'un de nos clients sur un périmètre applicatif critique. Vous évoluerez dans un contexte moderne, mêlant exploitation applicative, optimisation des plateformes, pratiques DevOps et environnements conteneurisés. Votre mission Assurer le support applicatif de niveau 3 sur des plateformes distribuées (Windows, Linux, AIX), garantir la stabilité des environnements et contribuer à leur amélioration continue tout en accompagnant les équipes métiers et projets. 1. Exploitation & stabilité des environnementsAssurer la stabilité, disponibilité et sécurité des applications en production. Traiter les incidents applicatifs (N3), organiser les analyses de causes et coordonner les correctifs. Optimiser les plateformes du périmètre (performances, fiabilité, automatisation). 2. Déploiements & intégration applicativeInstaller et configurer les composants applicatifs (EAR, paramétrages, guides d'installation). Provisionner, administrer et maintenir les environnements Windows & Linux. Gérer les déploiements et accompagner les équipes de développement tout au long du delivery. 3. Middleware, conteneurs & outillageIntervenir sur les stacks middleware : JBoss / WebSphere, IIS, Tomcat. Intervenir sur les environnements conteneurisés : OpenShift (confirmé - important). Utiliser les outils DevOps : Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Ansible ; outils de déploiement XLDeploy / XLRelease. Exploiter les outils d'automatisation & scripting (Shell, PowerShell, Python). 4. Monitoring & supervisionAméliorer le monitoring et l'alerting via les outils internes (Zabbix, supervision middleware). Effectuer un reporting régulier (indicateurs, bilans, actions). 5. Architecture & amélioration continueParticiper à la définition, au dimensionnement et à l'optimisation des architectures on-premise & cloud (OpenShift, GCP, AWS, Azure). Contribuer à la plateformisation et aux évolutions du delivery.

Cloud Technical Lead - VCF Must have an Active DV Clearance The position is ideal for an experienced cloud professional with strong VMware expertise who enjoys leading technical teams and solving complex infrastructure challenges. Cloud Technical Lead - VCF Responsibilities Lead technical activities across cloud infrastructure and support services. Respond to complex escalations from 2nd Line support teams. Monitor systems using event management tooling and resolve technical incidents. Deliver planned infrastructure changes through established change management processes. Experience with event management tools such as SCOM and Aria Operations. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience providing technical leadership within infrastructure environments. Automation and scripting experience using PowerShell. Windows Server administration experience. Experience with software distribution tools such as MECM. Good understanding of ITSM processes and service management best practice. Experience working within highly secure environments.
