Role: : Dynamics 365 CE Developer Location : Remote with occasional travel to client site in London IR35 status : Outside We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Developer to design, develop, and customize CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. The role involves working closely with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. Dans le cadre d'un programme stratégique de transformation CRM pour un grand compte du secteur de la protection sociale, Inetum recherche plusieurs Experts Techniques ServiceNow CSM Pro pour renforcer un Centre de Compétence en cours de constitution. Le projet consiste à remplacer un CRM historique par ServiceNow CSM Pro et à construire une solution de gestion de la relation client à grande échelle. Mission attendue Participer aux ateliers de conception avec les équipes métiers Définir et modéliser les processus métiers Concevoir et paramétrer les solutions ServiceNow CSM Pro Mettre en œuvre les workflows et automatisations avec Flow Designer Concevoir et suivre les intégrations avec le SI via IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP Intervenir sur les portails clients, Customer Portal / Service Portal Configurer et exploiter Agent Workspace et UI Builder Mettre en œuvre les fonctionnalités de Case Management Participer à la conception et à l'évolution de la Knowledge Management Contribuer aux sujets Virtual Agent / Now Assist Rédiger et valider les User Stories Garantir une approche privilégiant les fonctionnalités OOTB Accompagner les équipes métiers et assurer le transfert de compétences Participer à la montée en compétence du Centre de Compétence ServiceNow Profil attendu : Consultant Senior / Expert ServiceNow, disposant d'une expérience significative sur ServiceNow CSM / CSM Pro et sur des projets de transformation CRM complexes. Le profil doit maîtriser à la fois les aspects techniques, l'architecture de solution et l'accompagnement métier, avec une expérience des environnements fortement intégrés et idéalement des portails clients à forte volumétrie.
