Dans le cadre du déploiement et de l'intégration de nouveaux usages mobiles au sein du MDM de l'établissement, nous recherchons un Architecte MDM / Expert Intégration Mobile chargé de concevoir, intégrer, tester et documenter les différents cas d'usage Android identifiés. L'intervenant assurera l'analyse des prérequis, la mise en œuvre des configurations MDM, les phases de validation ainsi que la production de la documentation technique et opérationnelle associée. Missions principales : Pour chaque cas d'usage, le prestataire devra : Analyse et préparation Évaluer les prérequis nécessaires à l'intégration dans le MDM : Comptes de service ; Sources applicatives ; Méthodes de connexion ; Prérequis techniques et organisationnels. Identifier les dépendances et solliciter les équipes concernées pour la création ou la mise à disposition des prérequis. Conception et intégration Configurer les environnements MDM conformément aux besoins exprimés : Profils de configuration ; Politiques de sécurité ; Applications ; Méthodes d'enrôlement. Paramétrer les mécanismes d'administration et de déploiement adaptés à chaque usage. Validation Réaliser les tests fonctionnels et techniques. Vérifier la conformité des configurations et du processus d'enrôlement. Documentation Produire les livrables standards du projet : Livrable d'intégration MDM à destination des administrateurs ; Livrable d'enrôlement à destination des techniciens en charge du déploiement. Cas d'usage à intégrer 1. Bionettoyage Objectif : Remplacement des tablettes actuellement utilisées. Environnement : OS : Android natif Mode d'usage : COBO (Corporate Owned Business Only) Équipement : Lenovo TAB M9 (TB310FU) Tablettes partagées Enrôlement via un compte générique dédié Application KOKI (disponible sur le Google Play Store) Travaux attendus : Mise en place du mode kiosque/restreint permettant l'accès uniquement aux applications distribuées par le MDM. Application du profil de sécurisation Android déjà défini pour l'établissement. Validation complète du parcours d'enrôlement et du fonctionnement applicatif. 2. Plateforme Logistique Objectif : Remplacement de la flotte mobile de la plateforme logistique (environ 80 terminaux). Environnement : OS : Android natif Mode d'usage : COBO Équipement : Zebra TC52 Utilisation nominative Applications à intégrer : COPM (APK à intégrer) Telinavigateur (APK existant) Telimobile (APK existant) Outlook (Google Play Store) C4U (Weblink) Chronos (Weblink) Travaux attendus : Mise en œuvre d'un compte de staging permettant le pré-paramétrage des terminaux. Création des profils communs à l'ensemble du parc. Intégration et validation des applications. Tests du cycle complet de préparation et d'enrôlement des équipements. 3. Smartphones Professionnels Objectif : Mise en place d'un pilote (POC) pour l'intégration des smartphones professionnels du service informatique (environ 100 terminaux). Environnement : OS : Android Constructeur : Samsung exclusivement Mode d'usage : COPE (Corporate Owned Personally Enabled) Utilisation nominative Applications concernées : Outlook Teams Microsoft Office Adobe Acrobat Reader Cortex XDR Google Photos Google Files Travaux attendus : Création d'un compte de staging. Configuration des profils socles nécessaires à la préparation des terminaux. Mise en place du processus permettant aux techniciens de préconfigurer les smartphones avant remise aux utilisateurs. Validation du processus de provisioning et d'enrôlement. Compétences attendues Expertise des solutions MDM (Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron ou équivalent). Maîtrise des environnements Android Enterprise (COBO, COPE, comptes de staging, Zero Touch). Gestion des applications Android (Store, APK, Weblink). Conception de profils de sécurité et de conformité. Rédaction de documentation technique et de procédures d'exploitation. Capacité à coordonner plusieurs équipes techniques et métiers. Livrables attendus : Dossiers d'intégration MDM pour chaque cas d'usage. Procédures d'enrôlement et de déploiement. Comptes-rendus de tests et de validation. Documentation de configuration et d'exploitation. Résultat attendu : La prestation devra aboutir à l'intégration complète, documentée et validée des trois cas d'usage dans la plateforme MDM, avec un processus d'enrôlement industrialisé et transférable aux équipes d'exploitation.

The Senior IT Infrastructure Officer will be playing a key role in ensuring the availability, resilience, and performance of critical systems while supporting technologies across servers, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, and business-critical financial applications. The candidate must have strong technical expertise in Windows/Linux, VMware, Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management who also enjoys solving complex challenges and driving operational excellence. Must have 7 years' experience in enterprise infrastructure, ideally within banking or financial services, and be passionate about delivering secure, reliable IT services.. The role will be Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm and reporting into the Head of IT & Data.
