3rd Line System Administrator - Juniper or Cisco Must have an Active DV Clearance You will be responsible for incident resolution, system monitoring, infrastructure support, and technical troubleshooting across a broad range of enterprise technologies. The position is ideal for an experienced 2nd or 3rd Line Systems Administrator looking to develop their skills further. Candidates willing to work in Corsham are particularly encouraged to apply, and flexibility on technical experience will be considered. Legacy infrastructure training will be provided where required. 3rd Line System Administrator Responsibilities Provide 2nd and 3rd Line support for secure infrastructure and user services. Monitor systems and respond to incidents through the service management toolset. Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and network faults. Support Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Exchange, and core infrastructure technologies. Perform user administration, system maintenance, and operational support activities. Analyse Windows log files and diagnose technical issues. Support network technologies including routing, switching, firewalls, MPLS, and BGP. Deliver existing implementation solutions and contribute to service improvements. Participate in shift work where required. 3rd Line System Administrator Skills and Experience Experience providing 2nd or 3rd Line infrastructure support. Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2022 and VMware technologies. Experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DFS, User Account Management, and Exchange. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience configuring and fault-finding network devices. Knowledge of routing, switching, MPLS, BGP, and enterprise firewalls. Experience with Juniper networking technologies is desirable. Strong Cisco experience will also be considered. Knowledge of HSM, PKI, or hardware encryption would be advantageous. Training will be provided where required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ex-Military Signals experience would be advantageous. Contexte : Pour le compte d'un grand groupe français d'envergure nationale, nous recherchons un(e) Expert(e) Technique WiFi capable d'intervenir en totale autonomie. Cette entité assure l'exploitation, le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) et la modernisation d'une infrastructure sans fil d'envergure nationale couvrant des gares ainsi que des sites tertiaires et industriels complexes. Vous intégrerez une équipe structurée de 12 personnes, composée de chefs de projet MOA, de chargés d'études, d'intégrateurs, d'experts et d'un service manager. Les missions attendues par le Expert Technique WiFi Senior Cisco / Huawei (H/F) : Ingénierie & Architecture : Réaliser les études de réseau sans fil, rédiger les livrables associés (DAT, DEX) et intégrer les nouveaux matériels dans l'architecture centralisée et l'écosystème existant (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS). Configuration & Déploiement : Installer et paramétrer les contrôleurs (Cisco WLC/Catalyst Center, Huawei). Configurer les SSID, QoS, VLANs, tunnels, et piloter le déploiement des AP (bandes 2,4/5/6 GHz, WiFi 6/7) ainsi que le roaming (802.11r/k/v). Administration & MCO : Assurer l'exploitation des plateformes, surveiller les performances radio (débits, interférences), résoudre les incidents N2/3 (captures 802.11, RADIUS) et piloter le cycle de vie des équipements (firmwares, capacity planning, migrations). Sécurité & Durcissement : Déployer l'authentification sécurisée (802.1X/EAP, RADIUS, certificats) et la segmentation (VLANs, DMZ). Durcir les configurations selon le référentiel ANSSI, détecter les Rogue AP et traiter les audits. Supervision & Automatisation : Exploiter les outils de supervision (Cisco Catalyst Center, Huawei iMaster NCE), concevoir les tableaux de bord de suivi de l'expérience utilisateur et industrialiser les déploiements via des templates ou scripts.
