IT Support Analyst/Engineer with Level 1 and Level 2 Role Description This full-time IT Support Analyst/Engineer role covers both Level 1 and Level 2 support and is offered on a hybrid basis, with work primarily in London and some work from home flexibility. Contexte : Prendre en charge le cycle de vie complet des espaces digitaux collaboratifs (Teams Rooms, écrans interactifs, solutions BYOD) : de leur déploiement à leur exploitation, jusqu'à leur décommissionnement, en garantissant une expérience utilisateur optimale. Formation & Expérience : Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en informatique (Bac+2/3 en Systèmes et Réseaux), vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie (3 ans minimum) sur un poste similaire de support de proximité multi-sites.
