Les recettes peuvent nécessiter un premier niveau de connaissance sur les campagnes d'appels sortants. Fournir les éléments permettant les prises de décision lors des Go/No Go de mise en service. Construire une documentation fonctionnelle de la solution au fur et à mesure des lots (outillage : Confluence). Rédiger des release notes (documentation fonctionnelle des évolutions embarquées). Contribuer à la conduite du changement en fournissant les éléments nécessaires aux équipes de la chaîne de soutien (fiche de consignes) et aux formateurs. Participer au comité produit que vous devrez préparer pour ses sujets (avancement / décisions à prendre / arbitrages). Participer aux rituels agiles (daily stand-up meeting, sprint planning, sprint review, rétrospective, grooming) et éventuellement jouer le rôle de Scrum Master pour la squad.
