ContexteDans le cadre de sa transformation digitale, un groupe industriel international engage un projet structurant de migration des disques réseaux vers SharePoint Online, dans le cadre plus large du déploiement de l'environnement Microsoft 365. Au-delà d'un simple transfert technique des données, le projet implique une refonte des architectures documentaires existantes, historiquement construites autour d'arborescences techniques, afin de les faire évoluer vers des architectures documentaires orientées processus et usages métiers. Cette évolution vise notamment à : mieux aligner les documents avec les processus métiers réels ; renforcer la cohérence entre les données documentaires et les données structurées ; inscrire durablement les pratiques dans une gouvernance commune de la Data et de l'Information Management ; améliorer la qualité, la traçabilité et l'accessibilité de l'information à l'échelle de l'entreprise ; mettre en place des pratiques durables de gouvernance documentaire. Dans ce contexte, le groupe recherche un Business Analyst Senior pour accompagner les métiers, l'IT et les équipes de gouvernance dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de la cible documentaire. Responsabilités clésAnalyser les pratiques documentaires actuelles et les usages des disques réseaux (AS-IS). Recueillir et comprendre les processus métiers et les processus documentaires associés sur différents périmètres : RH, Qualité, Finance, Compliance, Ingénierie, Achats, IT, etc. Modéliser les processus documentaires clés AS-IS et TO-BE, avec le niveau de formalisme adapté, notamment selon les standards BPMN. Définir une organisation cible de l'information sous SharePoint Online, alignée avec les principes de gouvernance Data et Information Management du groupe. Traduire les besoins métiers en exigences fonctionnelles exploitables par l'IT : spécifications, user stories, etc. Définir et suivre les indicateurs de qualité et d'adoption liés à la migration documentaire. Piloter l'analyse des retours utilisateurs afin d'alimenter l'amélioration continue de la cible documentaire.
