Hanson Regan is looking for a MS Dynamics CRM support for a 12 month renewable contract based in Paris
• Responsibilities: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for acting as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Your day-to-day activities will involve ensuring the quality of our world-class systems through exceptional communication skills, accurately defining client issues, and interpreting and designing resolutions based on deep product knowledge. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is required. Expert proficiency in Customer Technical Support is recommended.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Create and maintain documentation for processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
Participate in training sessions to share knowledge and improve team capabilities.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve service delivery.

• Work Arrangement: Full-time – Remote work possible 2 days per week
