Senior Jira Administrator – Contract (6 months)

For an ongoing project in the energy sector, we are looking for a Senior Jira Administrator to support and strengthen an existing Jira team in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows on Jira and Jira Service Management for IT and business functions (HR, Finance, Facility Management, etc.)
  




• Administer Jira and JSM instances (projects, users, permissions, SLAs, automation rules)
  




• Analyze existing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency
  




• Implement and maintain integrations with other platforms (e.g. SAP, Azure)
  




• Use Jira REST APIs to automate processes and support integrations
  




• Evaluate and advise on Jira Marketplace apps
  




• Produce technical documentation and deliver user training when needed
  




• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Jira/JSM users
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Jira and/or Jira Service Management
  




• Strong expertise in workflows, permissions, notifications, and automation
  




• Experience with Automation for Jira and ScriptRunner
  




• Solid experience with Jira integrations and REST APIs
  




• Atlassian certification is a strong plus
  




• English is mandatory; German and/or Spanish are a plus
  

Work setup

• Preferred: 40% onsite in Madrid
  




• Alternatives: Spain-based with occasional travel
