Your responsibilities System Architecture You will collaborate with product management and key stakeholders to understand and shape the business vision and its impact on architectural blueprints/runways. You will take responsibility for the architectural design within a defined scope (for example, a domain). Our Client are looking for an experienced SC cleared Bid Manager to join their team, focused on bidding into our Secure Government Market clients. This role will ensure our bids run in accordance with our bid strategy while applying best practice and compliance. You will be working closely with technical experts, consultants and business development staff across our organisation to produce compelling, winning bids. As a member of the win work team, you will also be responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement of our win-work capability (people, processes, tools, information and governance). An understanding of both Miller Heiman and Shipley methodologies would be very beneficial. Job Purpose You will work as a Vulnerability Remediation Packager for the Windows Devices Team following Scaled Agile Framework. This role is part of a team Vulnerability Remediation Packagers within the Windows Devices function. You will work collaboratively with other packagers, Product Owners, Product Engineers, Security teams, and business stakeholders. While delivery is team-based, you will be individually accountable for assigned remediation tasks and packaging activities. You will be involved in running, operating, and developing the windows 11 Environment which supports users from various geographies around the world. You must be experienced Vulnerability Remediation Packagers to join our Windows Devices team. This role is focused on identifying, packaging, and deploying secure application updates to address vulnerabilities across enterprise Windows environments. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Product Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure vulnerabilities are remediated in a controlled, structured way, without disrupting users. As the Lead User Researcher for CustomerFirst, you’ll play a defining role in shaping the team to improve customer service at scale with a user-centred mindset. What you will do As a Lead User Researcher, you will: develop and assure good user research practice across multiple teams, supporting researchers to adopt a range of techniques and to continuously improve oversee and lead the planning, design and delivery of user research to support the design and development of excellent public services establish and align user research activities and teams to meet organisational goals lead colleagues to analyse research data and synthesise clear and actionable findings ensure that teams take a user-centred, evidence-based approach to service design and delivery, and that our research includes all kinds of users contribute to the wider user research community – taking on a leadership role in the community including sharing findings and insights across the organisation, mentoring other researchers, writing blog posts and leading on aspects of practice may be required to provide line management and leadership to a team of researchers This role will involve overseeing research across multiple different projects, each a partnership with a different organisation across government. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the DKIM information and records management function by monitoring, maintaining and developing the CO Information Management and Standards Framework.
