IT Support Analyst with Microsoft Technologies We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist. This is a 2 level Treasury Systems implementation and support position. Role Description The IT Support Analyst with 2nd Level Treasury Systems Support – FIS Integrity role is a full-time hybrid position based in Dublin Ireland, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves providing second-line technical support for FIS Integrity and related treasury systems, including diagnosing incidents, resolving complex issues, and escalating to vendors or internal teams when needed. The analyst will monitor system performance, manage service requests, document solutions, and contribute to improvements in system reliability and user experience. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with treasury, IT, and operations stakeholders, handling changes and configuration updates, and ensuring adherence to service-level and security standards. The role requires clear communication with users, accurate reporting on incidents and trends, and proactive identification of risks or optimization opportunities. Qualifications Should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, with experience in 2nd level support for financial or treasury systems such as FIS Integrity. Have solid Analytical Skills and Information Technology knowledge, including understanding of system architecture, interfaces, and incident analysis. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams. Experience in treasury, banking, or financial services environments and familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks is beneficial. A relevant degree or professional qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, along with experience in hybrid working setups, is preferred. client domaine défense, nationalité européenne impérative Dans le cadre d’un programme de transformation digitale, un grand groupe industriel du secteur aéronautique déploie une plateforme de données hébergée sur AWS afin de centraliser, fiabiliser et valoriser les données métiers de ses différentes divisions. La Direction des Achats souhaite désormais intégrer et exploiter pleinement ses données SAP dans cette plateforme. Aujourd’hui, une partie des données achats est encore extraite mensuellement depuis SAP via des transactions complexes, puis utilisée dans des reportings Power BI reposant sur des imports de fichiers. L’objectif est de sécuriser la compréhension des règles de gestion, de fiabiliser les données disponibles dans AWS et de reconstruire les reportings Power BI sur une alimentation industrialisée et continue. La mission nécessite donc un profil hybride, capable de comprendre les traitements SAP et ABAP existants, de travailler sur la qualité et la modélisation des données dans AWS, puis de contribuer à la reconstruction des data products et des reportings Power BI. Missions principales : Le consultant interviendra sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de valorisation de la donnée Achats, depuis les extractions SAP jusqu’aux restitutions Power BI. Ses principales responsabilités seront les suivantes : -Analyser et déchiffrer plusieurs transactions SAP complexes reposant sur du code ABAP. -Identifier les tables SAP sollicitées, les champs utilisés, les jointures, les règles de gestion et les éventuels filtres appliqués dans les transactions. -Formaliser et documenter les flux de données, les règles de calcul, les référentiels et les données maîtres associés aux reportings Achats. -Vérifier la présence, la complétude, la qualité et la cohérence des données SAP dans la plateforme AWS. Identifier les écarts entre les données disponibles dans SAP et celles présentes dans le Data Lake / la plateforme AWS. -Travailler avec le Data Manager et les équipes de la Digital Factory afin de sécuriser l’intégration des tables ou données manquantes. -Définir, avec le Product Owner, les data products permettant de reproduire les résultats issus des transactions SAP existantes. -Participer à la conception et à la réalisation des data products sur la plateforme AWS. -Construire et exécuter les tests de cohérence entre les résultats SAP, les data products et les restitutions attendues. -Répertorier les règles de gestion, les sources et les données maîtres utilisées dans les rapports Power BI Achats. -Contribuer à la reconstruction et à la connexion des reportings Power BI à la plateforme AWS. -Préparer les éléments de suivi, de documentation et de restitution nécessaires aux revues projet. Découpage prévisionnel de la mission : Phase 1 – Analyse SAP / ABAP Déchiffrage des transactions SAP existantes. Analyse du code ABAP associé. Identification des tables, champs, règles de gestion, calculs et filtres. Documentation des traitements fonctionnels et techniques. Phase 2 – Qualification des données AWS Contrôle de la disponibilité des tables SAP dans AWS. Vérification de la complétude, de la qualité et de la cohérence des données. Identification des écarts et des données à intégrer ou corriger. Coordination avec les équipes concernées pour sécuriser les imports nécessaires. Phase 3 – Data Products et Power BI Définition des data products avec le Product Owner. Mise en œuvre des transformations et règles nécessaires. Réalisation des tests fonctionnels et techniques. Reconstruction des reportings Power BI Achats à partir des données AWS. Validation de la cohérence entre les résultats historiques SAP et les nouvelles restitutions. Un point de décision Go / No Go est prévu avant le lancement de la phase de réalisation, en fonction de la qualité et de la complétude des données disponibles dans AWS, de la validation des règles de gestion et de la validation des data products par le Product Owner.
