Frontend Software Developer with React Working as part of the Digital team, you'll be responsible for and delivering some exciting frontend and UX improvements to an eCommerce website as well as other internal applications for this award-winning Luxury Travel Company. You will be responsible for: Own the frontend of the eCommerce website, making continual improvements Collaborating with the back end developer and design resource to deliver improved UI & UX Participate in design discussions and be the voice of the customer on usability Skills and Experience: Excellent working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS & React Framework Previously delivered multiple responsive websites Happy to develop from both wireframes and full designs Experience of working with and developing alongside a CMS (preferably with Umbraco) Capable of working with multiple (REST) APIs documented with e.g. OpenAPI/swagger and other API messaging formats e.g. JSON, XML, SOAP Good knowledge of technical SEO best practices, familiar with LightHouse on assessing page load times Worked in an agile/Kanban environment and familiar with JIRA and confluence Familiar with Git and source control The Client would like someone to join the team with at least 3 to 6 years proven track of developing software using React, HTML and Javascript. The salary for this role will be circa £45K - £60K depending experience. The Client has offices in Central London – for now the role will be remote. Concevoir des wireframes, maquettes et prototypes interactifs sous Figma. Décliner et concrétiser, en lien avec le Lead Design, les orientations UX et UI sur les projets dont vous avez la responsabilité. Concevoir les interfaces des projets qui vous seront confiés en vous appuyant sur le Design System et contribuer à son évolution lorsque de nouveaux besoins le justifient.

Nous recherchons pour notre client un AMOA / Proxy Product Owner pour renforcer l'équipe produit avec un focus particulier sur l'étude et la mise en œuvre d'un produit CRM. La mission consiste à accompagner le Product Owner dans la définition et la mise en œuvre des besoins métiers. Principales responsabilités : Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers. Animer des ateliers avec les utilisateurs et les parties prenantes. Réaliser des études de faisabilité, benchmarks et analyses de données. Participer à la conception fonctionnelle et UX : parcours utilisateurs, wireframes, prototypes. Rédiger les user stories et spécifications fonctionnelles. Participer à la priorisation et au suivi du backlog avec le Product Owner. Suivre les développements et assurer la validation fonctionnelle. Organiser et superviser les phases de tests et de recette fonctionnelle. Produire la documentation utilisateur et accompagner la conduite du changement. Participer aux rituels Agile : daily, sprint planning, review et rétrospectives. Assurer la coordination entre les équipes techniques, métiers et les différentes parties prenantes. Profil recherché : Expérience significative en AMOA / Proxy PO et en gestion de projet Agile. Bonne maîtrise du recueil des besoins, de la conception fonctionnelle et de la rédaction de spécifications. Expérience en CRM, idéalement Microsoft Dynamics. Maîtrise de Scrum / Kanban, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint. Connaissance des outils de prototypage comme Figma et de recette comme Squash TM appréciée. Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse, de communication et de coordination.
