Notre client dans le secteur Assurance recherche un/une Network Engineer Expert H/F Description de la mission : Contexte The organization is seeking an expert-level network engineering profile to lead the design, deployment, standardization, and support of a corporate office network infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring robust, scalable, and highly available network services across enterprise environments, with strong specialization in campus LAN, WLAN, and network authentication services. Mission The mission is to design and evolve enterprise network infrastructure, produce the associated architecture and operational documentation, and provide expert-level support for critical and escalated incidents. The role also acts as a subject matter expert to influence architecture standards, promote best practices, and drive network standardization across the organization. Principales responsabilités Design, implement, and troubleshoot office LAN/WAN routing and switching environments in medium to large enterprise contexts Manage the full lifecycle of campus networks, including deployments, hardware refresh, OS upgrades, and patching Produce high-quality network documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), operational procedures, and as-built network diagrams Provide third-level operational support for critical network issues, with a focus on high availability, performance, incident resolution, and prevention Handle complex escalated incidents and perform packet-level analysis to diagnose network and application-layer issues Design and implement enterprise-grade WiFi environments and support complex WLAN deployment models Contribute to the design and implementation of SD-WAN over diverse underlay networks Use network monitoring, bandwidth, and performance analysis tools to support operations and continuous improvement Act as an SME to define standards, promote best practices, and support network standardization across teams Support automation, backup processes, and REST API integrations through scripting Guide cross-functional teams through proactive communication and mentorship Environnement technique Network vendors: Cisco, Aruba Network domains: LAN, WAN, WLAN, campus networks, network authentication services, SD-WAN Aruba technologies: Aruba CX, VSF/VSX, Dynamic Segmentation, NAE analytics, colorless ports, NetEdit, Aruba Central, ClearPass, EdgeConnect Cisco technologies: Catalyst, Aironet, ISE Protocols and services: TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, OSPF, BGP, QoS, STP, HSRP, VRRP, RADIUS, TACACS+, SNMP, NTP, NetFlow, 802.1X, VXLAN Analysis and monitoring: Wireshark, IPFIX collectors, SNMP-based NMS, LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, NetScout, Syslog servers, log analysis platforms Automation: Shell, Perl, Python, REST API Frameworks: ITIL Livrables attendus High-Level Designs (HLD) Low-Level Designs (LLD) Operational procedures As-built network diagrams Standardized and scalable network architecture documentation Incident analysis and troubleshooting outputs for critical network issues Profil recherché Expérience Minimum 5 years of network experience At least 2 years in a complex enterprise network engineering role within a sizable organization Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise LAN/WAN routing and switching Experience managing the full lifecycle of campus network environments Strong hands-on experience with enterprise-grade WiFi deployments Compétences techniques Strong expertise in Cisco and Aruba network environments Advanced knowledge of modern LAN technologies and Aruba CX features Deep understanding of TCP/IP and application-layer protocols Strong knowledge of routing, switching, authentication, and network services including OSPF, BGP, QoS, STP, HSRP/VRRP, RADIUS/TACACS+, SNMP, NTP, NetFlow, 802.1X, VXLAN, and IPsec Experience with centralized network management, monitoring, and analysis platforms Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation Basic to intermediate scripting skills in Shell, Perl, or Python Good understanding of ITIL-based processes including service request, change, problem, and incident management Professional-level certifications from major vendors such as Cisco (CCNP, CCIE) and HPE Aruba (ACSP, ACCP) Compétences personnelles Excellent troubleshooting capability and ability to resolve complex issues under time pressure Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders Teamwork, knowledge sharing, and support for colleagues Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and sound decision-making under pressure Attention to detail in design, implementation, and documentation Strong task and priority management to meet project and operational deadlines Service-oriented mindset and responsiveness to user and client needs Adaptability, continuous learning, and ability to handle multiple priorities Leadership and mentorship for cross-functional teams Langues Fluent English, both written and verbal Compétences / Qualités indispensables : Enterprise LAN/WAN routing and switching, Cisco and Aruba network engineering, WLAN / enterprise WiFi deployment, SD-WAN design and implementation, Advanced network troubleshooting and L3 support, Technical documentation (HLD/LLD) Compétences / Qualités qui seraient un + : Hands-on experience with private and public cloud networkingInformations concernant le télétravail : Oui — 3 jours/semaine
