En tant que référent technique unique et privilégié sur la région Est, vous assurerez le maintien en conditions opérationnelles du parc informatique. Vous partagerez votre temps entre votre site de rattachement principal (Nancy ou Metz) et des déplacements réguliers planifiés sur les autres agences régionales. Vos responsabilités au quotidien :Support & Assistance de proximité : Assurer le support technique de niveaux 1 et 2 (matériel, logiciel, réseau) directement auprès des utilisateurs sur site ou à distance. Gestion et Maintenance du Parc : Préparer, configurer, déployer et masteriser les postes de travail (PC, ordinateurs portables, tablettes, smartphones) et les périphériques associés. Gestion des mouvements : Prendre en charge les entrées/sorties des collaborateurs (dotations matérielles, création de comptes, gestion des accès et des droits). Gestion des incidents et demandes : Réceptionner, qualifier et résoudre les tickets via l'outil de ticketing en respectant les engagements de services (SLA). Réseau et Serveurs locaux : Assurer le brassage réseau, le suivi des infrastructures locales (routeurs, switchs, bornes Wi-Fi) et assister les équipes d'ingénierie centrale si nécessaire. Documentation : Tenir à jour l'inventaire du parc matériel/logiciel et rédiger des procédures de résolution ou des fiches pratiques pour les utilisateurs. 🚗 Rythme des déplacements (Itinérance Grand Est) :Déplacements réguliers à prévoir sur les sites majeurs de Strasbourg et Mulhouse (fréquence moyenne : 1 fois par mois). Visites planifiées sur les autres sites secondaires de la région (fréquence moyenne : tous les 2 mois). L'organisation des déplacements se fait en autonomie complète selon les besoins opérationnels et les urgences techniques. 👥 Le profil recherchéVous êtes un(e) technicien(ne) de terrain, autonome, rigoureux(se) et vous possédez un excellent sens du contact utilisateur. Formation & Expérience : Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en informatique (Bac+2/3 en Systèmes et Réseaux), vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie (3 ans minimum) sur un poste similaire de support de proximité multi-sites. Compétences techniques clés : Maîtrise de l'environnement de travail utilisateur : Windows 10 / Windows 11, suite Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive). Connaissance des outils de masterisation, de télédistribution et de gestion des comptes (Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID). Bonnes notions en infrastructure réseau (LAN, WAN, VPN, brassage de baies). Soft Skills indispensables : Autonomie maximale requise (seul référent sur la région). Sens aigu de l'organisation et de la gestion des priorités. Excellent relationnel et forte capacité d'adaptation face à des interlocuteurs variés. Knowledge Management & Documentation: Maintain and enhance technical documentation, known error records, and Knowledge Base articles related to telecoms and networking solutions. Collaboration & Service Improvement: Work closely with IT and Comms Specialists to improve processes, reduce escalations, and strengthen service delivery across the business.
