Je recherche un Ingénieur de Production / DevOps Windows Senior pour une prestation d'accompagnement dans le cadre d'ingénierie de production, de mise en place de nouveaux outils et de nouvelles fonctionnalités. La prestation s'effectue dans un cadre Agile/DevOPS, sur des environnements principalement Windows La mission se déroule au sein des équipes de production dans un environnement technique principalement autour des technologies Windows. Les prérequis pour cette mission sont : - Certification MCSE Microsoft (notre infra est sous Windows) afin d'assurer l'expertise Windows N3 souhaitée. - Expérience de production en environnement sensible de plus de 10 ans en environnement Windows server. - Maitrise du Scripting Ansible (DEVOPS) afin d'automatiser les taches - Expérience d'intégration applicative complète (architecture, télécom, étude sécurité , documentation , implémentation, ...) - Anglais (courant obligatoire) Les composants à maitriser sont : MS SQL server (database, cluster AAG), Powershell, GitLAB, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, ... La mission se décompose en : Ingénierie de production : • Garantie en production de la qualité du service, la disponibilité et l'intégrité des ressources informatiques, dans le respect du contrat de service, • Organisation de la résolution des incidents majeurs et/ou transverses, via des cellules de crise, en assurant la mobilisation des acteurs, les escalades et les communications. • Suivi de la gestion des problèmes (notamment suite à incidents majeurs et récurrents), de l'analyse des causes jusqu'à la mise en place de correctifs ; • Contribution à l'amélioration du service rendu, • Contribution à l'amélioration (et Pilotage) des opérations planifiées (projet et run), • Réduction des volumétries d'incidents sur le Patrimoine, • Analyse Hebdomadaire des incidents majeurs, • Pilotage des risques IT, de la gestion de l'obsolescence, du capacity planning (croissance organique volumes) • Réalisation des opérations techniques liées la mise en œuvre des projets/évolutions et/ou incidents en appliquant les règles et standards en vigueur • Identification des points de blocage (flux, sécurité, réseau…) pour mise en garde et proposition des plans d'action. • Contribution à la mise à disposition des ressources de Production et d'infrastructure (Production et hors production : environnements, chaines d'outillage, quality gates …) • Mise en place/suivi/préconisation des exigences d'infrastructures • Support N2 - N3 en cas de blocage ou d'incident majeur (voire gestion de crise) sur le périmètre en charge, et compréhension de l'architecture. Conception et mise en œuvre des architectures de production pour les nouveaux projets : • Implémentation des outils de configuration et d'automatisation pour simplifier les process de déploiement et de mise à jour sur l'intégralité de la plateforme • Gestion de la capacité des environnements de production et anticipation des évolutions • Mise à niveau des infrastructures et mesure d'impacts • Mise en œuvre des bonnes pratiques DevOps et intégration continue • Mise en place d'infrastructures dans le respect de la documentation éditeur • Scripts d'automatisation de tâches Amélioration continue de l'écosystème : • Intégration de nouvelles solutions • Mise en place de scripts évolués (powershell, ansible, … ) • Contribution à l'amélioration de l'Exploitation (industrialisation, automatisation, normalisation …) dans le but de limiter le nombre d'incidents Documentation (français / anglais) : • Capitalisation systématique des solutions implémentées (avec revue régulière) • Documents de vulgarisation à destination de collaborateurs plus juniors Connaissances appréciées : Blue Prism, Uipath, ServiceNow, ELK, Dynatrace Le poste nécessite une disponibilité pour des opérations ponctuelles en HNO et des astreintes (en cours de mise en place).

They are now looking to recruit an IT infrastructure system support and maintenance Engineer with at least 5 years experience in 1 to 3 level experience in support. You will be working with users using Japanese and English, working closely with related parties to ensure a coordinated approach to IT infrastructure support and projects. Skills / Knowledge: Technical Proven working experience in IT Service management operations Basic network knowledge (e.g. TCP/IP, proxy, firewall, switching, routing and WiFi) Basic operation system knowledge (e.g. Windows10, Windows server, Azure) Basic Microsoft Office 365 knowledge Second line level technical support and problem-solving skill Candidate needs to have strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Adoptability to work in a fast-changing environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in English & Japanese language skills (Reading/Writing/Speaking). User facing support skills Self-motivated and an innovative mindset Experience: 3 to 5+ years IT experience in a corporate environment. Second line technical support System Maintenance Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Virtual desktop, Microsoft365 Cisco/Fortinet Project management experience preferred.
