Ihr Beitrag Betreiben, unterhalten und weiterentwickeln komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen mit Schwerpunkt SAP Basis über den gesamten Lebenszyklus Sicherstellen einer hohen Serviceverfügbarkeit, Performance und Stabilität in einer 7x24-Betriebsumgebung, inklusive Katastrophen- und Notfallvorsorge Planen, integrieren und migrieren neuer Systeme, Instanzen und Infrastrukturkomponenten sowie Sicherstellen von Wartung und Dokumentation Analysieren und Beheben von Störungen sowie Sicherstellen der raschen Wiederherstellung der IT-Services im Rahmen von Incident- und Request-Management Mitwirken in Infrastruktur- und Architekturprojekten sowie Koordinieren externer Service-Provider und Lieferanten Requirements Höhere Ausbildung in Informatik (FA, HF, FH oder Universität) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen, idealerweise im Umfeld SAP Basis / SAP-Systemlandschaften Gute Kenntnisse in Infrastrukturarchitektur, Systemintegration, Migration, Service Management und technischer Dokumentation Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Verantwortung, Lösungsorientierung und Beratungsfähigkeit Sehr gute Kenntnisse von einer Amtssprache in Wort und Schrift sowie passive Kenntnisse einer zweiten Amtssprache

Service Architect Must have an Active DV Clearance Join a high-performing delivery team responsible for designing and transitioning complex services into live operational environments. Service Architect Responsibilities Develop end-to-end service designs for low, medium, and high-complexity deliveries. Assess customer operational environments and support model requirements. Contribute to SLA, KPI, and underpinning contract development. Identify and manage service-related RAID items, constraints, exclusions, and SPOFs. Influence solution design decisions to ensure service stability and operational efficiency. Service Architect Skills and Experience Significant experience in Service Architecture or Service Management. Strong understanding of service management concepts, principles, and best practices. Experience designing service operating models for major IT systems. Strong knowledge of service supply chains and operational environments. Experience developing service transition, support, and governance models. Ability to produce clear, concise, and high-quality technical documentation. Experience working within complex delivery programmes and tight timescales. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience leading virtual and co-located teams. This role is centred on cloud operations, incident triage, and service ownership. You will proactively monitor platform health, assess alerts, determine business impact, and drive incidents through to resolution in line with SLAs. Strong analytical thinking is essential - you must be able to quickly interpret technical signals, prioritise effectively, and coordinate the right response. You will have solid experience using Atlassian Jira Service Management, confidently managing ticket queues, owning incidents end-to-end, and maintaining accurate communication throughout the lifecycle.
