Notre client dans le secteur Assurance recherche un/une Application Modernisation Program Lead H/F Description de la mission : Context A large international insurance group is undertaking a major global transformation to modernise its core insurance applications, many of which run on IBM mainframe platforms. A programme established in 2025 aims to unlock business value through modernisation, including the use of AI, while enabling a controlled reduction of the legacy technical platform. The transformation spans more than 14 entities, over 300 applications, more than 350 million lines of code and over 85,000 batches, with a 13-year journey planned. The initiative is expanding to include additional entities using IBM iSeries. Following the delivery of a modernisation plan and business case with participating entities, the central team has evolved into an Applications Modernisation Center of Excellence (CoE), focused on enabling synergies across entities while respecting local ownership and context. Mission As part of the CoE team and reporting to the CoE Lead, the Tech Synergies Lead develops and manages a portfolio of synergies with participating entities. The role enables faster, de-risked and cost-optimised modernisation of core insurance applications through cross-entity collaboration, knowledge sharing, sourcing optimisation and the development and adoption of reusable assets. The portfolio covers AI-enabled software engineering across the mainframe SDLC; tools and services for analysing, understanding and modernising legacy applications; and architecture advisory, including target architecture, total cost of ownership (TCO) and data migration. Key responsibilities Identify, assess and prioritise synergy opportunities across participating entities; build and maintain a roadmap balancing short-term benefits with long-term enablers. Review portfolio progress with entity stakeholders and CoE leadership, reprioritise initiatives, address blockers and align synergies with local modernisation roadmaps and constraints. Establish and facilitate cross-entity working groups, communities of practice, knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops and retrospectives. Coordinate with programme managers, architects and business leads to co-design solutions while respecting local ownership; escalate cross-entity blockers and propose resolution paths. Develop and maintain a knowledge management framework; capture lessons learned, curate and validate best practices, and promote shared methodologies and standards. Support change management and adoption, and promote relevant services offerings. Identify, coordinate the development of, test and document reusable tools, accelerators, frameworks and templates with entity teams and vendors. Define adoption pathways, support integration of shared assets into local delivery, track reuse and value, and manage asset lifecycles, including versioning, maintenance and retirement. Define a framework for measuring financial, operational and risk-related value; consolidate value data and report outcomes to CoE and group leadership. Assess synergy impact, update business cases and communicate success stories to encourage broader adoption. Contribute to continuous improvement of CoE operating practices, processes and tooling; benchmark practices and support team cohesion, knowledge sharing and capability building.
