Configuration Manager - Remote - Outside IR35 Must have an active SC Clearance The role covers configuration baselines, change control, status accounting, verification, auditing and CMDB management. This position is suited to an experienced Configuration Manager with strong CMDB expertise who is comfortable working across development, quality assurance, systems engineering and senior stakeholder teams. Configuration Manager Responsibilities Identify, categorise, track and maintain Configuration Items (CIs), including servers, software, infrastructure and technical documentation. Establish and maintain hardware, software and system configuration baselines. Control configuration changes and ensure changes follow agreed governance, approval and implementation processes. Support or lead Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) where required. Maintain accurate historical and current configuration records to provide full traceability. Manage and maintain complex Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs). Ensure CMDB information remains accurate, complete and aligned with the live technical environment. Conduct configuration verification activities and audits to ensure actual configurations match authorised and recorded states. Identify configuration discrepancies and coordinate appropriate corrective actions. Maintain configuration status accounting and provide accurate reporting to programme and technical stakeholders. Ensure technical documentation, software builds and system configurations meet regulatory, organisational and governance standards. Work closely with developers, quality assurance teams, system engineers and senior stakeholders to maintain configuration integrity throughout the delivery lifecycle. Configuration Manager Skills and Experience Strong Configuration Management experience within complex technical environments. High proficiency in structuring, maintaining and governing complex Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs). Strong understanding of Configuration Items (CIs), configuration identification, baselines and configuration status accounting. Experience managing hardware, software, infrastructure and documentation configurations. Strong experience with configuration control and formal change management processes. Experience supporting or leading Change Advisory Boards (CABs) or Configuration Control Boards (CCBs). Strong configuration verification and auditing experience. Experience with version control and configuration management tooling. Strong understanding of governance, compliance and technical documentation requirements. Experience maintaining configuration traceability throughout the system lifecycle. Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience working across development, quality assurance, systems engineering and operational teams. Mission de l'équipe : Au sein du département Transformation, l'équipe Innovation renforce la gouvernance IA et modernise ses outils collaboratifs afin de garantir la traçabilité, la cohérence et la conformité des actions liées à l'intelligence artificielle. L'objectif de la mission est de centraliser les outils de gouvernance IA, harmoniser les registres existants et structurer le suivi des actions validées par l'AI Risk Committee, en articulation avec les politiques de Risk Management. La gouvernance couvre différentes équipes situées notamment aux États Unis, en EMEA et en Asie. 1. Structuration de l'environnement SharePoint dédié à la Gouvernance IA La mission sera responsable de créer ou mettre à jour le site SharePoint consacré à la Gouvernance IA. Les travaux porteront notamment sur : · La définition et le paramétrage de l'architecture SharePoint. · La structuration des métadonnées. · La gestion des règles de sécurité. · La documentation et l'homogénéisation du partage d'information entre les équipes. 2. Harmonisation des registres IA · La mission devra aligner et harmoniser les métadonnées entre les différents registres IA, notamment le registre IA IM et les cas d'usage AM. · L'objectif est de disposer d'un registre et d'une cartographie IA cohérents, centralisés et à jour. 3. Workflow de suivi des actions AI Risk Committee La mission devra concevoir et mettre en œuvre un workflow permettant de suivre les actions validées par l'AI Risk Committee, instance officielle d'évaluation des ratings de risque. Les travaux couvriront : · Le design du workflow. · Sa configuration. · Les phases de tests. · La mise en œuvre opérationnelle. · La rédaction du manuel d'utilisation. · La mission apportera également un support opérationnel au secrétariat de l'AIRC sur la gestion documentaire, le suivi des actions et le reporting. 4. Articulation avec les processus Risk Management Le dispositif devra être aligné avec les politiques de Risk Management, notamment : · Model Risk Rating, MRR. · Independent Risk Review, IRR. La mission devra également mettre en place un template US pour les Independent Reviews ainsi qu'un SLA précisant les niveaux de service, les responsabilités et les modalités de suivi. Role Overview The Security Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that security is embedded throughout the lifecycle of systems, services, and projects by applying Secure by Design principles from concept through to deployment and operational support.
