Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) PMO pour intervenir chez l'un de nos clients grands comptes basé à Niort, dans le secteur des mutuelles. Vous intégrerez le département Solutions Centrales et Collaboratives au sein de la DDSI et interviendrez dans un contexte de structuration et d'amélioration du pilotage des activités. L'objectif de la mission sera de consolider les outils et processus existants afin d'apporter une vision claire, fiable et pérenne des projets, des budgets et de l'allocation des ressources. Vous serez amené(e) à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métiers, techniques et managériales afin d'accompagner le pilotage opérationnel et stratégique de l'activité. Vos principales responsabilités pourront être les suivantes : Assurer le suivi budgétaire et financier des projets Consolider et maintenir les tableaux de bord de pilotage Suivre la consommation des charges et analyser les écarts Centraliser et suivre les incidents projets ainsi que leurs impacts financiers Analyser les feuilles de temps et garantir la fiabilité des données d'activité Identifier les projets externes consommant les ressources du département Piloter et suivre les indicateurs d'activité et les ratios Run / Projets Optimiser et produire les reportings consolidés hebdomadaires et mensuels Préparer et animer certaines instances de pilotage et comités projets Participer aux exercices de planification stratégique et budgétaire Maintenir à jour la cartographie des projets du département Documenter et améliorer les processus et procédures existants Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques de pilotage Vous évoluerez dans un environnement agile et collaboratif, au sein d'équipes dédiées aux projets clients. La mission est basée à Niort avec 3 jours de présence sur site par semaine.

🎯 Le contexte Dans le cadre du maintien en condition opérationnelle (TMA) de son environnement Oracle E-Business Suite, notre client recherche un(e) consultant(e) polyvalent(e), capable d'intervenir aussi bien sur les aspects techniques que fonctionnels, pour assurer la continuité de service et la résolution des demandes au quotidien. 🚀 Vos missions Prise en charge et qualification des tickets remontés par les utilisateurs (incidents, anomalies, demandes d'évolution) Analyse et diagnostic des dysfonctionnements, résolution technique (SQL/PL-SQL, débogage) et fonctionnelle (paramétrage des modules) Développement et maintenance des interfaces et états personnalisés (XML Publisher, Reports) Accompagnement des utilisateurs clés et rédaction de documentation Suivi et priorisation du backlog TMA en lien avec les équipes IT et métiers Participation aux tests, correctifs et mises en production Suivi des montées de version et patchs Oracle Reporting régulier de l'activité TMA (SLA, indicateurs de suivi)

This is a full-time role located in London, with flexibility for some remote work. As an AI project manager, you be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of AI projects within our digital banking operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, develop project plans, allocate resources, track progress, and ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. Experience and Qualifications Previous experience in project management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry Strong understanding of digital banking operations and Artificial Intelligence AI technologies Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of agile project management methodologies Experience with data analysis and reporting Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Areas to Consider 1. The main emphasis of this position to is harness the data from a variety of data tables at the bank and collate a Data Lake from which to extract a variety of AI reports to increase the banks customer strategy. By strategically implementing AI in these areas, a Digital Banking Operations Manager can greatly improve the efficiency, security, and customer satisfaction in digital banking operations. The position will be hybrid 3 days a week in the office. The salary is negotiable depending on experience but probably in the range £80K - £120K plus benefits.
