Contexte Intégré(e) à l'entité digitale d'une organisation, vous intervenez au sein du domaine qui déploie des solutions digitales à l'international. Vous rejoindrez une squad unique responsable du développement, du déploiement, du support et de la maintenance d'un portefeuille de sept produits. L'équipe est pilotée par deux Product Managers et un Product Owner, sous la supervision d'un Domain Leader en charge de la stratégie globale. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec des Tech Leads et les Product Managers du domaine. Démarrage au plus vite. À sourcer en nearshore. Missions Développement en mode agile d'un backlog produit fondé sur des EPIC et des User Stories. Participation au design. Développement et intégration des composants logiciels. Mise en production des développements à partir d'une chaîne CI/CD. Évaluation des développements au travers de Sonarqube. Réalisation des tests unitaires et E2E. Formalisation de la documentation technique et documentation du code. Amélioration de la qualité des livrables et réduction du nombre de défauts applicatifs. Analyse des résultats. Travail au sein d'une équipe de développement agile et contribution à la réalisation des projets. Interaction quotidienne avec le Product Owner, l'équipe de développement, l'architecte et le Product Manager. Force de proposition et apport de solutions techniques adaptées. Utilisation de la chaîne CI/CD et GitLab.

Data Analyst with Big Data – Canary Wharf Our Client is seeking a Data Analyst for the Data Products team is driving innovations in the Financial Services Sector using Big Data. The Client has a high-calibre, focused and a mission-driven team. The models we build and the analysis that we derive from financial data matters to crucial cutting-edge business decisions made across the global financial services firms every day and provides insight into real world problems. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of income and expense transactions, financial classifications, and long term financial management within the UK market. You will participate in customer and partner calls to review requirements and client needs. You will quickly gain an understanding how local income and expense calculations, and financial management best practices can be leveraged to deliver financial wellness tools in the UK market. This role will allow you to partner analytics teams to review and enhance data categorization for key income and expense transactions, develop a specification for both rules based and machine learning driven enhancements to categorization by defining transaction types. You will also interact closely with the Financial Product team to provide requirements to localize the financial management tools for the UK market. You will perform regular and ongoing analysis on consumer transactions to identify methods for improved categorization, testing and certifying enhancements, and validating performance metrics. You will also work with the Financial Wellness Product team to adapt their products for the UK market. This requires you to develop a deep understanding of the UK financial management space in order to develop an ongoing UK roadmap with the rest of the Financial product team. Must have a Bachelor's Degree coupled with 2 – 4 years of experience in software-oriented Product Management, preferably in financial services. Experience in financial modelling and possessing knowledge of the financial services and transactions. Experience/Interest in analysing data and a high attention to detail especially in regards to data cleansing You possess superb written & oral communication skills. You have analytical skills with a background in financial analysis and carefully seek to understand underlying business needs, both on a market level as well as from individual client/prospects. You are adaptable and can work successfully in a technical environment as a non-technical leader. The ideal candidate is inquisitive and highly detail oriented. You are focused on execution and are able to make definitive decisions in uncertain environments with limited data. This is a 3 month contract assignment initially. Senior UX Designer – Holborn London Currently, our London based design and innovation centre is looking for a lead UX designer. To join the design team and work along other designers, researchers, product owners and technologists in defining and developing digital products and platforms. The role will involve initiating and managing projects and lead the team forward in daily design tasks which include conducting workshops, user testing and prototyping. Key responsibilities • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to derive personas, use cases, concepts, user journeys and information architecture. • Create prototypes based on high-level business, functional, and technical requirements. • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to ensure the best creative solutions are realized, implemented and delivered. • Work along business analysts to complement user stories with design output • Work closely with Project manager and the team to ensure the sprint expectations are being respected and backlog defined. • Keep abreast of latest practices, techniques and emerging technologies within the industry and employ these to develop ideas and inspire creative concepts. • Act as a design and UX advocate internally and externally. • Work directly with the client on project scope and expectations. Experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • UX designer with over 3 years work experience working for respected clients as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role. • Understanding of the UX processes. • Experience in interface design for desktop, tablet, and enterprise software design. • Experience of working in an Agile environment is desired. • Experience of working to strict deadlines. • Proven design track record. • Experience in designing user flows, wireframes and implementation instructions. • Ability to define key metrics and evaluate project success. • Portfolio of UX and design work. Skills • World class UX / interface design • Strong proof of concept, rapid prototyping, storyboarding and technical skills. • Excellent communication skills, written and oral. • Excellent presentation skills. • Ability to quickly turn around detailed wireframes and mock-ups in an iterative environment. • Proficiency in Sketch, Axure, Adobe CS, etc. • An understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other key web technologies.
