La mission porte sur les développements applicatifs, le support des utilisateurs ainsi que l'amélioration continue des pratiques de développement et des processus de l'équipe. L'environnement technique est composé d'applications intranet développées en C#/.NET 4.5/.NET Core, SQL Server 2022, React.js et JavaScript. Une solide maîtrise de SQL est indispensable. Almatek recherche pour l'un de ses clients, un Consultant Senior Futur Master – Audit technique et fonctionnel sur Chateaubourg. Descriptif: Contexte Dans le cadre du remplacement progressif de ses ERP historiques AS/400 (Genacode G400) par l'ERP VIF, le client recherche un consultant senior Futur Master afin de sécuriser son environnement de planification pendant la période de transition. L'entreprise exploite actuellement Futur Master 6.0, interfacé avec plusieurs ERP AS/400 via de nombreux flux. L'application est peu documentée, n'a pas évolué depuis plusieurs années et son fonctionnement est aujourd'hui insuffisamment maîtrisé. La priorité est de comprendre et documenter l'existant avant toute évolution. Objectifs de la mission: La mission porte exclusivement sur une phase d'audit visant à : analyser l'architecture fonctionnelle et technique de FuturMaster ; cartographier les interfaces entrantes et sortantes ; identifier les données, tables et traitements réellement utilisés ; inventorier les batchs et automatisations ; comprendre les dépendances avec les ERP AS/400 ; produire une documentation technique et fonctionnelle complète ; fournir un diagnostic et des recommandations afin de préparer les futures adaptations vers l'ERP VIF. Une seconde phase, hors périmètre de cette consultation, consistera à adapter les interfaces entre FuturMaster et le nouvel ERP. Dans le cadre du renforcement d'une équipe transverse spécialisée en Business Intelligence et intégration de données, nous recherchons un(e) Consultant(e) BI / ETL Senior capable d'intervenir sur l'ensemble de la chaîne décisionnelle. Vous participerez à la conception, au développement et à la maintenance des flux d'alimentation des Datamarts, tout en contribuant à la modélisation des données et à l'évolution des solutions BI. En lien avec les équipes métiers, les équipes d'exploitation et les autres membres de l'équipe projet, vous analyserez les besoins fonctionnels, proposerez des solutions techniques adaptées et développerez les traitements d'intégration de données. Vos principales missions seront notamment de : Participer aux ateliers de recueil et d'analyse des besoins métiers. Concevoir et développer les flux ETL avec Informatica Cloud Data Integration. MI Analyst The successful candidate will have very strong knowledge and experience in developing and supporting the BI systems with the focus being on Hyperion Workspace 9.3.0.1. They must have very good experience in the development of Applications in OLAP Environments particularly Hyperion Planning 11.1.1.2 and Hyperion Essbase. They should also have experience with SQL Server and SQL Server Integration Services SSIS. Good business understanding and ability to analyse business needs and requirements is also essential It would be excellent if the individual has had exposure to Banking/Financial environment, PC development platforms and knowledge of banking systems like Equation, Findur, Eximbills. Senior MI Business Analyst/Project Manager Our Client is a bank based in the City and are looking to recruit a Senior MI Business Analyst with Project Management skills. You will have at least 6 to 10 years proven hands-on expertise. Focus of the role: · Help the organisation (Senior Management and SMEs) to review business and financial performance of the organisation based on data and facts, advance understanding of the business success factors, business results and risks. · Develop technical and business solutions for MI, enable effective data management and sourcing of the data for MI, reporting and project activities. · Interact with vendors, Project teams and Development team in London and other sites to align delivery of the MI and sourcing of the data across business functions and entities. Responsibilities: · Develop MI and Reports predominantly for the business functions and SMEs, based on their requirements and expressed needs. Key Skills: · Technical o Advance SQL querying skills, ability to write complex SSRS formulas o In-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server and experience to deliver MI and reporting solutions using the entire spectrum of the MI solutions (SSIS, SSRS, Power BI) ideally on early versions (2013/2016) and assist the organisation to migrate to later versions. o Exposure and high-level understanding of the SSAS and MDX language (although the organisation currently does not use OLAP). o Good exposure to PowerBI and advance knowledge of DAX (query language) and data modelling using this tool. o Good working knowledge of Excel capability, use of the reporting purposes, and formulas; desired VBA skills to optimise the data presentation. o Ideally, working knowledge of Hyperion/Essbase. o Working knowledge of SharePoint and its use to manage the MI, automate MI and reporting workflow, information and report distribution. o Good working practice designing data collections by using Kimball methodology. · Non-technical: o Practical understanding of the Data Visualisation techniques and principles. o High-level understanding of the data management and its impact on organisation's bottom line. o Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to understand the business requirements, link them to a business narrative and softly guide SME by delivering the requested MI. o Some understanding of the architectural principles, Agile methodology to engage users and deliver business solutions. o Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and narrative to business audience and non-technical teams.
