We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Officer to lead the management, security, and continuous improvement of our enterprise IT infrastructure. The Senior IT Infrastructure Officer will be playing a key role in ensuring the availability, resilience, and performance of critical systems while supporting technologies across servers, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, and business-critical financial applications. Vos responsabilités (build & run plateforme) CI/CD & delivery engineering Concevoir, industrialiser et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins) Standardiser des templates, gérer les artefacts (Nexus) et renforcer la qualité : tests, scans, promotions, versioning Automatiser les déploiements applicatifs (rolling/blue-green/canary selon le contexte) Infrastructure as Code & configuration Déployer et faire évoluer l'infrastructure via Terraform (modules, state, workspaces, bonnes pratiques) Automatiser la configuration avec Ansible / AWX (et/ou Puppet selon le périmètre) Contribuer à la standardisation : conventions, revues de code, documentation, CI sur IaC Kubernetes / AKS & écosystème Exploiter et fiabiliser des clusters Kubernetes / AKS : upgrades, scaling, quotas, RBAC Déployer et maintenir des composants via Helm (charts, values, packaging) Assurer l'intégration des workloads : ingress, configuration, secrets, policies (selon l'outillage en place) Observabilité, fiabilité, incidents Mettre en place et améliorer l'observabilité : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Assurer le troubleshooting N2/N3 : diagnostics de performance, latence, saturation des ressources, erreurs de déploiement Contribuer à la fiabilisation : post-mortems, RCA, plans d'actions, SLO/SLA (selon le modèle d'équipe) Stack & outils que vous maîtrisez (ou que vous adorerez retrouver chez nous) : CI/CD : Git, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Nexus IaC / Config : Terraform, Ansible, AWX, Puppet Containers : Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, AKS (KubeFlow selon projets data) Scripting : Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript Cloud : Azure (AKS) et/ou AWS/GCP Monitoring/Logs : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
