Contexte de la missionDans le cadre d'un programme de transformation autour de SAP S/4HANA, nous recherchons un(e) Data Product Manager Senior pour piloter les études et évaluations liées aux enjeux Data, Reporting et Visualisation. Documenter l'architecture fonctionnelle cible. Réaliser la modélisation des données et concevoir les couches métier, notamment la couche Silver. Coordonner les différents contributeurs Data & BI : architectes, Data Engineers, BI Engineers, etc. Documenter la valeur et les bénéfices attendus des solutions proposées. Participer à la définition du budget et du planning Build / Run. Veiller à l'alignement des solutions avec les principes d'architecture et de gouvernance Data.

Key Responsibilities: Support employees and their (Mac) OS X clients, incl. web-based systems, Microsoft O365 (SharePoint, Email, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.) Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of our backup Infrastructure, including daily backups for applications, laptops, servers and other designated backup hardware. Responsibility for monitoring,response and audit on all NY based systems. Active representation and participation in weekly Change Management meetings. Responsible for IT new starter training and inductions. Maintain all aspects of IT security systems, including access control, alarm systems. Maintenance and upkeep of network management systems (Meraki). Collaborate with global IT colleagues to manage global application deployments, updates to desktop, patch deployments and system updates. Manage daily user related issues and/or risks and escalate as appropriate. Ensure adequate stock levels of critical components are checked weekly, and stock related documents updated, and ordered. Provide timely report to Senior IT management and key stakeholders on progress of dedicated tasks, or on-going activities, by updating weekly focus report. Main Skills Apple MAC Certification an advantage. Microsoft Office 2008+ support essential. MAC OSX Server administration desired. Active Directory administration essential. Azure system administration essential. Adobe application support (Photoshop, Indesign etc), an advantage Exposure to JAMF Mobile Device Management (MDM) an advantage. Microsoft O365 / Azure support an advantage. Exposure to backup applications an advantage (Druva). Prior experience in supporting 100+ employees an advantage. Configuration Manager - Remote - Outside IR35 Must have an active SC Clearance The role covers configuration baselines, change control, status accounting, verification, auditing and CMDB management. This position is suited to an experienced Configuration Manager with strong CMDB expertise who is comfortable working across development, quality assurance, systems engineering and senior stakeholder teams. Configuration Manager Responsibilities Identify, categorise, track and maintain Configuration Items (CIs), including servers, software, infrastructure and technical documentation. Establish and maintain hardware, software and system configuration baselines. Control configuration changes and ensure changes follow agreed governance, approval and implementation processes. Support or lead Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) where required. Maintain accurate historical and current configuration records to provide full traceability. Manage and maintain complex Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs). Ensure CMDB information remains accurate, complete and aligned with the live technical environment. Conduct configuration verification activities and audits to ensure actual configurations match authorised and recorded states. Identify configuration discrepancies and coordinate appropriate corrective actions. Maintain configuration status accounting and provide accurate reporting to programme and technical stakeholders. Ensure technical documentation, software builds and system configurations meet regulatory, organisational and governance standards. Work closely with developers, quality assurance teams, system engineers and senior stakeholders to maintain configuration integrity throughout the delivery lifecycle. Configuration Manager Skills and Experience Strong Configuration Management experience within complex technical environments. High proficiency in structuring, maintaining and governing complex Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs). Strong understanding of Configuration Items (CIs), configuration identification, baselines and configuration status accounting. Experience managing hardware, software, infrastructure and documentation configurations. Strong experience with configuration control and formal change management processes. Experience supporting or leading Change Advisory Boards (CABs) or Configuration Control Boards (CCBs). Strong configuration verification and auditing experience. Experience with version control and configuration management tooling. Strong understanding of governance, compliance and technical documentation requirements.
