Change Manager - Remote - Outside IR35 Must have an Active SC Clearance The role covers the full change lifecycle, from strategy, impact assessment and readiness through to stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption and benefits realisation. This position is suited to an experienced Change Manager with a strong background in Government, Public Sector or other highly regulated environments. Change Manager Responsibilities Develop and deliver comprehensive change management strategies aligned with programme and client objectives. Conduct change impact assessments and organisational readiness assessments. Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, adoption and business readiness plans. Create and maintain change roadmaps, schedules and governance frameworks. Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, programme leadership, operational teams and external partners. Facilitate stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions and impact assessments. Develop communication strategies and messaging for different stakeholder groups. Establish and maintain change governance, reporting and control processes. Support Change Advisory Boards (CABs) and other governance forums where required. Manage change-related risks, issues, actions and dependencies. Identify resistance and barriers to adoption and develop appropriate mitigation plans. Define training requirements and support end-user training and knowledge transfer. Monitor adoption, engagement, benefits realisation and business outcomes following implementation. Support continuous improvement and lessons-learned activities throughout the programme. Change Manager Skills and Experience Extensive experience in Change Management, Business Transformation or Organisational Development. Strong Organisational Change Management (OCM) experience. Proven experience delivering complex transformation and change programmes. Experience within Central Government, Public Sector, Defence, Healthcare, Local Authority or another highly regulated environment. Strong experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and business readiness assessments. Experience developing adoption strategies and supporting benefits realisation. Strong stakeholder management with experience engaging senior client and executive stakeholders. Experience with programme governance, risk and issue management, reporting and change control. Strong workshop facilitation, communication, presentation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Experience developing change communications, training strategies and engagement activities. Strong understanding of programme and project delivery lifecycles. Prosci or Change Management Institute (CMI) certification would be advantageous. PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, Agile or ITIL certification would also be beneficial. Previous Ministry of Justice (MOJ) or wider Central Government experience would be highly advantageous. Job Title: IT Maintenance Engineer Location: Plymouth office and field based, supporting partner locations as required Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: 8.5 hours per day, 40 hours per week within our opening hours of 8am - 6pm with a 30-minute lunch. About the Role: The IT Maintenance Engineer is a hybrid field-based and remote support role based from the Plymouth office, responsible for maintaining, supporting and improving partner technology environments. The role combines proactive maintenance, infrastructure support, end-user support and basic communications engineering. Travel across the south-west of England is required, with a company van provided for business use. Key Responsibilities: Undertake scheduled maintenance visits to partner sites as required. Provide remote IT and communications support via phone, email and remote tools. Perform infrastructure health checks and preventative maintenance activities. Support Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and end-user technologies. Assist with VoIP, internet connectivity and telephony troubleshooting. Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates within HaloPSA. Support project delivery, installations and technology refresh programs. Act as Flotek's on-site technical representative and trusted advisor. Travel Requirements: Regular travel to partner locations as required, primarily from the Plymouth office base, using a company-provided van. Full driving license required. Company van provided for business travel. The van is to be used in line with Flotek company vehicle policies. Occasional overnight stays may be required. About you: Essential Skills & Experience: 3+ years in MSP, Infrastructure, IT Support or Field Engineering. Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills. Windows desktop and server support experience. Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. Networking fundamentals including switching, wireless, VLANs and firewalls. Excellent communications and documentation skills. Desirable Skills: VoIP and hosted telephony experience. Experience with Gamma, CallSwicth, and Teams Voice or similar platforms.
