Software Engineer (LabVIEW) Gloucester £45,000 - £65,000 + Annual Salary Reviews + Private Healthcare + 32 Days Holiday + Pension + Benefits Are you a LabVIEW developer looking to work on cutting-edge automation and data acquisition projects while gaining exposure to global clients and advanced control systems? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established engineering company specialising in bespoke software development and system integration for industrial automation, vision systems, and R&D environments. You will play a key role in designing and delivering high-performance control and data acquisition solutions using NI LabVIEW. In this role, you will work closely with customers to develop tailored applications, integrate software with complex hardware systems, and provide technical support throughout the lifecycle of projects. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and have the opportunity to travel across the UK and occasionally overseas. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in engineering or science, practical experience within automation or instrumentation, and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Contexte : Vous aimez comprendre le fonctionnement des machines, résoudre des problèmes techniques et participer au développement de nouveaux produits ? Rejoignez les équipes de notre client pour contribuer au développement et à l'amélioration des moyens de test utilisés en production. Voici un aperçu détaillé de vos missions : 🎯 Au sein de l'équipe Test, vous intervenez à la fois sur le développement de nouveaux moyens de test et sur le support technique des lignes de production. Au quotidien, vous serez amené(e) à : - Développer et mettre au point les moyens de test pour les nouveaux produits (mécanique, électronique et électrotechnique). - Programmer et faire évoluer les applications de test en C, LabWindows/CVI et LabVIEW. - Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements et apporter un support technique aux équipes de production - Piloter les échanges techniques avec les fournisseurs de machines afin de suivre les actions correctives et les améliorations - Participer à l'amélioration continue des équipements de test et de leur fiabilité
