CONTEXTE L'entité Search & Valorisation de données recherche un développeur expérimenté pour concevoir, développer et maintenir des plateformes d'analyse de données avancées, intégrant des chaînes complètes de collecte, traitement, enrichissement, et analyse des données, incluant des services de traitement du langage naturel (NLP). Vous interviendrez dans un environnement mêlant technologies back-end robustes (Java) et scripts ou services analytiques (Python), en lien direct avec les équipes data. CE QUE L'ON VOUS PROPOSE Vous ferez partie d'une équipe de 3 à 5 passionnés et contribuerez au développement de solutions de moteur de recherche pour nos clients. Vous aurez l'opportunité de : - Concevoir et développer des chaînes de traitement de données de bout en bout : ingestion, nettoyage, normalisation, enrichissement. - Implémenter des services de NLP : extraction d'entités, classification, résumé, etc. - Participer à la conception et à l'évolution de plateformes d'analyse : APIs, dashboards, outils d'exploration des données. - Optimiser les traitements existants pour améliorer la scalabilité, la fiabilité et les performances. - Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement, les business analyst et les responsables métiers. - Industrialiser et documenter les développements, assurer la qualité via des tests automatisés.

Head of Software Development with MS SQL Server The Head of Software Development for a Bank is responsible for leading the development and delivery of software solutions that support the bank's private banking operations. This includes managing core banking systems, Treasury systems, Finance systems, and ensuring the efficient operation of Equation and SQL Server environments. The Client would like to see at least 7 to 10 years expertise in working with and developing applications using SQL Server, SSIS and SSRS and if possible some experience with C# .Net You will be working with and using MS SQL Server and SSIS for reporting purposes at this bank. The role involves strategic leadership, project management, and close collaboration with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the software delivery strategy for the private banking division, ensuring alignment with the bank's business goals. Lead the adoption and integration of best practices for software development, deployment, and maintenance within the context of private banking operations. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the bank's software delivery capabilities, particularly in core banking and financial systems. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects related to core banking, Treasury systems, Finance systems, and Equation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, managing risks, dependencies, and resource allocation effectively. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, project managers, and QA engineers specializing in private banking systems. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and support career development for team members. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business units, product owners, and other stakeholders in private banking to understand their requirements and priorities. Ensure effective communication and alignment between development teams and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes to senior management. Quality Assurance: Implement robust testing frameworks and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions for private banking. Monitor and improve software performance, reliability, and security, particularly in core banking and financial systems. Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and improve software delivery processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on core banking and finance systems. Implement and refine agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines tailored to private banking needs. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet the bank's standards and requirements. Negotiate contracts and oversee vendor deliverables related to private banking systems. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development including MS SQL Server with SSIS, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within banking or financial services. Proven track record of managing large-scale software delivery projects in core banking, Treasury systems, and finance systems. Experience with Equation and SQL Server environments. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps). Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and software development tools. Experience with core banking systems (e.g., Equation), Treasury systems, and finance systems. Proficiency in SQL Server and database management. Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL) are a plus.
