Contexte de la mission Pendant la phase d'intégration, les prestataires prendront connaissance du contexte fonctionnel et de l'environnement technique. Ils pourront s'appuyer notamment sur les documents suivants : les spécifications techniques (PTI, DEX, PAS…), le dossier d'architecture technique, le schéma des composants AWS, le modèle de données (DynamoDB), les documents de migration PKI et de décommissionnement des HSM en cours, les normes d'exploitation et de cybersécurité, ainsi que les audits. Synthèse des rôles couverts par la mission Appui du RMOE et du Tech Lead sur l'architecture de l'application SIRSE, à travers des connaissances dans les différents domaines techniques de l'application (Java, Python, base de données DynamoDB), dans les mécanismes de sécurité des échanges informatiques et de cryptographie (gestion des certificats, gestion des clés de chiffrement, TLS, EJBCA, Cloud HSM), dans le domaine des réseaux et télécoms (VPN, gestion des VIP, MPLS, fonctionnement du TCP/IP), sur AWS (Lambda, Terraform, EC2, SQS, S3, CloudWatch…) et sur EJBCA. Développement et maintenance de l'outil SIRSE, incluant la résolution d'anomalies. Déploiement des versions applicatives. Recette technique sur les environnements bas. Chiffrage des évolutions techniques et fonctionnelles, en privilégiant la solution la plus simple. Analyse des performances de l'application et proposition de solutions ou préconisations d'optimisation. Participation active aux ateliers techniques nécessaires (Daily, COPROJ technique, COMOP PKI, ateliers avec le DPO, la Cyber, et sur le décommissionnement d'IoT Event et IoT Analytics). Suivi et participation active à la mise en place d'une supervision sur AWS (logs, alertes, suivi des coûts…). Création, priorisation et suivi des tickets techniques sur JIRA. Documentation des processus. We are looking for a DV cleared Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing operations support team. The preferred candidate will demonstrate effective application of Infrastructure and extensive knowledge across a variety of technologies such as Linux (Ubuntu / CentOS), Microsoft Windows Server (including services such as AD, DNS, DHCP) and virtualisation (Hyper-V), Microsoft Stack Technologies (Sharepoint, SQL Server, Skype for Business / Teams), networking technologies and storage. The role will provide technical exposure variance across both outcomes based project activities and operational (Business as Usual) support activities. The duties of the role will also include providing remote and on-site support. There is also a requirement to provide out of hours on call support. You will be expected to contribute towards the creation and ongoing maintenance of technical documentation and provide material to support the project work or the operational support service. IT Support Officer – Islington Our Client is looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst with at least 3 years experience. As an IT Support Officer (administrator) you will provide effective 1st line IT assistance across all aspects of the business. Responsibilities are focused primarily on general IT support functions. The position provides exposure to a broad range of IT-related projects and visibility across several departments in the organisation. As IT Support Officer you will benefit from direct exposure to the senior leaders of the company. IT is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Company's IT systems and for providing efficient desktop support to number of business users. The Officer will be responsible for addressing IT-related faults quickly and efficiently, including a broad range of queries from setting up email accounts to system diagnostics, from enhancing and developing the IT policies to working with the IT team to improve cybersecurity. Main Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve technical issues Provide recurrent IT security education/training to users Manage the on boarding and off boarding IT-related process, including setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements. Coordinate and conduct IT training and orientation programs for users. In conjunction with the Group IT Manager and with relevant approval, develop and implement training and documentation policies, standards and procedures.
