Role Description The IT Infrastructure & Systems Manager is a full-time role based in London with a hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work from home. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's core IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing system administration, monitoring performance and availability, implementing security best practices, and coordinating backup and disaster recovery processes.
