Nous recherchons un chef de projet senior capable de reprendre plusieurs déploiements déjà engagés et de sécuriser les échéances à l'approche de septembre. Le consultant devra combiner une expertise opérationnelle de la Réforme de la Facturation Électronique avec une méthodologie de gestion de projet rigoureuse. Ses principales responsabilités seront les suivantes : Réaliser rapidement un diagnostic des projets : avancement réel, engagements pris, livrables disponibles, points bloquants, dépendances, ressources et décisions attendues. Construire ou fiabiliser le plan projet : planning directeur, chemin critique, RACI, jalons, registre des risques, plan de charge et critères de Go/No Go. Définir et piloter un plan de rattrapage lorsque le projet est en retard : priorisation des actions critiques, scénarios de contournement, arbitrages, escalades et suivi rapproché. Piloter les déploiements RFE sur les périmètres émission, réception et e-reporting, en intégrant les cas d'usage, les cycles de vie, les statuts et les rejets. Coordonner les phases de cadrage, spécifications technico-fonctionnelles, mapping des flux, paramétrage, développements, recette, formation, mise en production et hypercare. Organiser la stratégie de recette, suivre les anomalies et sécuriser la qualité des livraisons avant chaque décision de mise en production. Assurer l'interface entre les clients, les métiers Finance et Comptabilité, les équipes IT, la R&D, les intégrateurs, les éditeurs et les Plateformes Agréées. Animer les COPROJ, COPIL et points de crise avec des supports factuels, orientés décisions, risques et responsabilités. Challenger les estimations, plannings et solutions proposées afin d'identifier rapidement les engagements non réalistes. Maintenir une communication claire avec les parties prenantes, y compris dans un contexte de forte pression ou de mécontentement client. La mission se déroule dans un contexte exigeant : projets à différents niveaux d'avancement, planning serré, dépendances métiers et techniques importantes et interlocuteurs grands comptes parfois insatisfaits.
