Réaliser ponctuellement des interventions terrain (installation/déplacement d'équipements). Des déplacements EMEA (et plus rarement Amérique du Nord) peuvent être à prévoir selon les projets. Profil recherché Bac+3/5 en informatique / réseaux ou équivalent. Minimum 7 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire (réseaux & télécom). Très bonne maîtrise : LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, routage, switching, protocoles, sécurité réseau. Expertise sur les environnements Cisco (indispensable). Très bonne compréhension du modèle OSI. Expérience télécom : PBX, messagerie vocale, routage d'appels, environnements VoIP/TDM et TCP/IP. Compétences de design réseau (niveau opérationnel) appréciées. Connaissances Linux/UNIX : un plus. Anglais professionnel courant requis (échanges écrits et oraux). Le français est un atout selon le contexte. Certification CCNA (ou niveau équivalent) indispensable ; CCNP apprécié.

IT Support Analyst Engineer Our Client is looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst Engineer with at least 3 to 5 years experience in IT Network and Support ideally from a banking environment. Responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, and to provide IT support to staff and other group colleagues. To assist in the response to service outages and other IT related problems as well as maintenance and upkeep of for security of the systems in place To provide IT Support and assistance to branch staff concerning IT related matters in a timely fashion. • Responsible for the maintenance of the IT infrastructure of the Branch by providing first line support of software, hardware and networking that incudes installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
